"The hotel is about couple of minutes walking distance to KL Sentral. It’s in an Indian neighborhood. The lobby and hallways are clean but there was a dead roach in the hallway and one that I killed in my room. Can’t complain because the room was free except for the taxes. The towels were brownish and nasty. Grabbed a fresh one from the lobby and it was better? Only stayed for one night. But hey can’t complain since it was practically free!"

"The staff was very helpful and and accommodating. We requested to have a room next door to my father in law and the hotel were able to accommodate us which was disappointing. Also the hotel looked like it was recently renovated however there was not too much space in the bathroom to leave our toiletries."

Arrived to find the queen room i had booked and paid for was not available (apparently it had been double booked through another booking agency (seriously?!)). They tried to fob me of with an offer of a room at a sister hotel, i refused as it was the other side of KL, and so they ordered me a twin on site. However, i was kept im the lobby for an hour while they prepared it as it had not been cleaned earlier (consider this was at 10.30pm it rung...
