Hi Sarina, thanks for the feedback. Sorry that the unit you booked was taken. We do have trouble on public holidays with receiving online bookings in a timely fashion and I usually recommend to our guests to book directly. We clean a few but don't have access to cleaners so we didn't have many units available and some are definitely dated and are in the process of being renovated.

Hi Betty, I've let the owners know that you found the bed hard. They are considering mattress toppers. The blanket is wool and yes it is a bit scratchy. Sorry that detracted from your stay and thanks for the feedback

Thanks Tracy for all your feedback. Yes some of the units have a lot more renovations needed than others. We were unaware of the leak in the bedroom so will address that ASAP. Our studio apartments are only 7 years old and probably would have been more suitable. As some of the units are older we do take particular care that they are clean. I hope you give us another try if you're ever back in Bowen. All the best.
