"Exceptional service and generally superb attitude, friendliness and care. Always available staff. Great character and design. Slight issue with room 3 being facing road and bright light of signage into window. The sound was loud with window open but that was our preference for fresh air. Wouldn’t be issue if you’re happy to not. Breakfast was lovely and has all you need hot or cold. Great location."

"Be careful upon checking in. We showed up and waited outside for fifteen minutes before anyone came to the door and let us in. We were kinda freaking out not knowing what to do. Only one employee working so if they are checking someone else in or showing them to their room you are kinda left outside. Room was wonderful. "

"Excellent hotel, service was amazing and it is in the very heat of Bordeaux. In walking distance to nearly all attractions. Spa and sauna/ steam room are therapeutic and beautiful, rounding the day off with a visit to the roof top bar with is gorgeous views over the roof tops of Bordeaux. "

"Cute hotel! Lovely bar and fun decor. Wouldn’t stay there again because the area it is in is a bit sketchy (the street specifically) and the only view options are 2 buildings straight across from you on both sides . "

"Nice clean room. Hotel in good location - residential area within walking distance to city centre. Be aware there is no bar at the hotel as advertised. Reception staff pours drinks on demand - not a problem if no one checking at the time. Breakfast was really bad - with poor choice, non fresh pastries or fresh orange juice."
