Great compact room but missing necessities like a kettle and some refreshments. Managed to get a cup of tea at reception but it cost €4,50 which was quite expensive

We were disappointed in this hotel, which was very expensive for the quality. The room had no closet, no drawers for clothing, and was rather small. The breakfast was not worth the money at all. The location is fine as long as you are willing to take a tram ride.

Beautiful hotel
Young hip, wish the buffet had more to offer for the price excellent service from the staff, the entertainment was not in English, I didn’t understand what was going on wish they had more variety for people don’t speak the language. I would come back in the summer and stay a this hotel again

Great hotel and neighbourhood!
A great choice in Bordeaux - you get to experience this side of the city well, with everything you need close. Walking distance to the city centre, through wonderful neighbourhoods or by the river. Good food around the hotel. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Would highly recommend to everyone.

A fun lobby area. Relaxed atmosphere. Nice breakfast. The area is interesting: it's the developed harbour area with good dining options, a market hall that's lively at night with bars and snacks, the Cité du Vin, and a promenade along the Garden. I really enjoyed my stay there with my teenage daughter.

Excelente hotel , muy buen ambiente , las camas y el resto de las instalaciones muy buenas . La ubicación es excelente . En cuanto al personal la persona de noche y la de mañana excelente trato , muy cordiales y atentos . Sin embargo en el grupo de la tarde , la encargada de ese grupo , es una persona mal educada y de muy mal carácter, es una lástima que una persona así dañe la estadía de un lugar altamente recomendable .

Super cute hotel. Close to city tram. The bed was the hardest I’ve slept on in the last 7 weeks of my European holiday so I didn’t sleep well. But the pillows and linen were very nice. My only complaint was that the fire alarm went off at 2:45 am. I guess my complaint is with the fire department. It took between 12-15 minutes from the alarm started for a fire truck to show up

Wonderful hotel
What a wonderful hotel in a very quiet area. The staff was professional and friendly. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of choice. New up and coming neighborhood with a lot to do.

Interesting hotel for a chain, doesn’t really hang together but that’s maybe not the end of the world. Front desk staff also putting being ‘cool’ ahead of giving info etc and therefore service appears a secondary issue.

Joke was that the property was too hipster for me (>70), but very nice. It had a photo booth, foosball table and a fingerboard skate park in the lobby. Staff was friendly and could understand my Tennessee accent. Only problem was the shower seemed to leak water onto the bathroom floor regardless of how we positioned the shower door.

A good hotel in Bacalan near the port. Close to an excellent food and Drink market. 5 min walk to tram stop city of vin. Transport good links to buses on one ticket for €5 Euros for 24 hours from when first used. One change to Bordeaux at Jean station. Links to buses to airport bus station and Victoire.

Hôtel très sympa ! Très propre et dans un style moderne, nous avons aimé séjourner un week-end dans cet hôtel. Une mention particulière à la personne qui a pris le temps de nous conseiller des restaus et de nous aider sur la carte pour le tram etc On recommande à 100% et on reviendra :-)
