Excellent pousada. All of the staff was extremely nice. The breakfast was great and they also serve afternoon tea. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. We will definitely stay here again!

This was a great experience. The resort is beautiful, clean and comfortable rooms and facilities. Breakfast was great as well. The people were friendly and helpful. Loved it. Stay there.

Great pousada! The staff is very friendly, it is very close to city center to out to dinner. Breakfast is very nice. The pousada also has an agency where you can schedule and buy all the attractions that was very reliable

Lovely Accommodations
The Pousada facilities were very clean, private, and peaceful. Staff and owners were very friendly and helpful though only one person spoke English. My Brazilian son booked our tours through the hotel agency due to the lack of English speakers. Two out of the three days were great - viewing the macaws, snorkeling the Rio da Prata, and exploring the waterfalls. Breakfast was always available for our early departures and our tours included lunch. Dinner at local restaurants in Bonito were a 15 minute walk away and felt safe. WiFi was best early morning and late night, available in the reception area only, occasionally slow or not available.

Good location in Bonito
Hotel was very nice and convenient to town. One thing was that they did not notify me or advertise that the pool was under construction for an extended period of time. Offered a free excursion but already had bought excursions and did not have the time. Would have been nice to know.

Wonderful staff!
Wonderful staff that go out of their way. But hardly anyone speaks any English - unless you know Portuguese or Spanish, good luck making yourself understood. Rooms are spotless. I got upgraded from a double to a quadruple bedroom. Wifi doesn't seem to work anywhere - in the room or the reception. It's about a 15 min walk to the center of town.

this is a really nice pousada, very well kept up and modern. definitely a step above most pousadas. they were very helpful with booking tours etc. through the affiliated tour agency. great breakfast and afternoon tea. not sure if staff speak English. only downside was that it sometimes seemed that front desk staff were more interested in watching TV than helping guests.

The hotel is really cute. The staff was really nice, polite and helpful. The rooms are big and comfortable. I am recommending it to all of my friends and family. The hotel travel agencie was really helpful and gave spot on advise on places to go according to our interests. My father and I are planning to bring the whole family on another trip and will return to this hotel next year.

Pleasantly informal and cosy in tourist-y Bonito.
Pousada Surucua has its few rooms around a central garden with a small, very clean swimming pool, loungers, garden seating, and, delightfully, hammocks. The neighborhood is a few walkable blocks away from the central street of restaurants and bars. The best feature of the simple decor is the beautiful wooden louvered doors that allow each room to open to the garden. The staff and owners were warm, courteous, and accommodating. The pousada arranges tours to the nearby nature attractions and the staff makes excellent suggestions for activities and dining. Note: The staff do not speak English.

Realmente a melhor opção em Bonito.
A estadia na pousada foi dentro do esperado. Quartos confortáveis, bem limpos. A ducha é fantástica. Uma boa oferta no café da manhã e tambem um café a tarde como cortesia. Porém o melhor mesmo é a equipe de colaboradores da Pousada Surucuá, destacando a IRANI,a DAIANA e a FERNANDA. Com certeza tornam o lugar ainda melhor.

Precisa melhorar no café
Café da manhã muito fraco , dias de passeios não temos como tomar café da manhã e a pousada da um lanchinho ( misto frio , 1 banana e suquinho . Poderia melhorar ), conheci pessoas de pousadas muito mais simples q relataram um outro nível do lanche em dias de passeio . A Rosi da recepção foi maravilhosa e atenciosa . Freegobar n tem nd se quiser beber algo ou comer tem que descer até a recepção.

Perfeita!
Procurei, procurei, procurei e não achei um único defeito na pousada. Já no check-in, a marca da equipe: muita simpatia e eficiência. Para chegar à suíte, atravessamos um jardim lindíssimo, com um paisagismo irretocável. As acomodações são amplas e bastante confortáveis: cama gostosa, que permite um sono perfeito, e uma ducha deliciosa e reconfortante após um dia de intensos passeios! O café da manhã é farto e saboroso. E ainda tem um lanchinho à tarde, para repor as energias após as aventuras em Bonito. O local é bem sossegado, a dois minutos de carro do centrinho da cidade (quem tiver mais disposição, até dá pra ir a pé). E ainda tem a algazarra dos periquitos, que elegeram uma árvore exuberante para dormir.

Mysig pousada i Bonito med trevlig innegård och poolområde. Rummen är av enklare pousada-typ men trots det praktiska. Utmärkt frukost samt eftermiddagsfika kl. 16 varje dag. Pousadan ligger en bit från centrum men det är möjligt att promenera dit på ca 15 minuter.

Incrível, a pousada atendeu super bem as expectativas. Os donos se fazem presentes e as funcionárias são muito atenciosas. Voltarei com certeza e indico também! Acomodações confortáveis e quarto amplo, o que torna uma estadia longa (cinco diárias) bem confortável. Ducha muito boa e tudo bem limpinho. A equipe é toda muito atenciosa e pronta para ajudar a resolver os seus problemas (no primeiro dia, percebemos apenas a noite que o ar condicionado do quarto não estava funcionando e prontamente nos foi disponibilizado um novo quarto). Café da manhã delicioso, com opções de frutas, pães e itens diferentes também (salgados, waffle, por exemplo).

A pousada não tem luxo, mas tem tudo o que a gente precisa pra descansar e relaxar. O atendimento é impecável, todos os funcionários são hiper atenciosos e nos fazem sentir à vontade. Café da manhã farto e fresquinho, café da tarde servido no fim da tarde quando retornamos dos passeios, piscina refrescante e muito verde. O redário estava desativado em razão da pandemia. O quarto é de tamanho razoável e tudo funcionava bem. Não tivemos problemas com barulhos indesejáveis. Adoramos a pousada e indicaremos aos amigos.

Atmosfera familiar lugar tranquilo e aconchegante
A pousada é aconchegante, silenciosa e administrada por uma família simpática, prestativa e atenciosa. Os funcionários são dedicados e maravilhosos. O café-da-manhã é completo e delicioso. Tudo é muito limpo e organizado. De cortesia, servem chá da tarde a partir das 16h até mais ou menos 19h. Também dispõem de agência de turismo própria na praça central da cidade, chamada Agência Surucuá, onde pudemos agendar todos os nossos passeios e ter a comodidade de receber os vouchers na pousada.
