Good hotel for that price. Spacious rooms, big wardrobe, table. Even have a fridge. Clean. Not new bed clothing, but tolerable. Quite old bathroom. Breakfast is very poor

Nice and cosy hotel. The staff is always willing to help. Breakfast was nice. The room had everything for a short stay. But bedsheets and towels could be cleaner and door lock could be steadier. Anyway it was a pleasant experience.

my favorite place in Bolu
Got room upgrade, thanks to the kind staff. Rooms are spacious, clean and they have a fridge and kettle with instant coffee and tea. Breakfast buffet is not huge but definitely enough mixed. wifi works well. Position is good, few steps from the pedestrian area and right in front of the hotel's private parking (not indoor, but still definitely a plus). The city is nice and interesting, easy to explore on foot from the hotel

The property is generally well kept and the room was spacious. The stay was comfortable except for the lack of air conditioning or even a fan in the room, especially at this time, the middle of summer when temperatures were quite high.

1. Water was leaking in the toilet. I had to mop the floor several times! 2. The man at the reception was talking by the phone and shouting at someone (probably his wife) for about 20 minutes at 23:30! 3. Someone shattered something (accidentally dropped a handful of glasses?) at midnight. 4. The room had spider webs on the walls! 5. Breakfast starts at 8 in the morning and i had to be at the station at 8:30 so i had to leave without breakfast. Many hotels offer breakfast from 7:00. 6. No air conditioner! 7. No shampoo and other basic necessary stuff. Only liquid soap, which was difficult wash away. 8. Towels were not clean. 9. Bed was misplaced against Qibla, you have to stretch your feet towards it and it is something totally unacceptable for Muslims! 10. Poor lighting. I would never ever be willing to stay here again!

The staff were really nice and it's a great location in the centre of town. The room was quite small, although there was a balcony as well. It was clean and well maintained for the most part

This hotel is by far one of the worst hotels I’ve been to because the rooms don’t have air conditioners and the weather in the area wasn’t the best. Obviously the weather isn’t their problem but on the website they mentioned that the rooms have air conditioning which is the only reason i booked there only to find out that none of the rooms had air conditioning and when we asked them about it they said “it’s because of the pandemic”. They didn’t have any type of fans or anything to compensate the air conditioning that doesn’t exist.

This is a good low cost option if you intend to go skiing on Kartalkaya Mountain. It is aroug 50 minutes driving to the top of the hill.

Centrally located, clean hotel
Overall, we had a good stay at the Bolu City Hotel. Matt welcomed us; and facilitated a smooth check-in process. The property is in great condition. The room has enough space, a good layout, and lots of natural light. The beddings are comfortable. Matt was very helpful. He was limited though in what he could do due to not enough staff around. The chef/kitchen manager didn't wear a mask at all; not to mention that he was not warm to foreign guests like us.

A pleasant stay.
Fresh and modern, but they need to do a better cleaning job as light fixtures dusty, sticky splatters on floor, stickers from guests purchases on furniture. They should also allow guests to alert housekeeping if they prefer to be eco-conscious and not have towels or soap replaced. Breakfast was delightful and the staff all quite pleasant.

Very Good Hotel with this price.
Room vas very cosy, ergonomic, and clean. Breakfast was super. Price vs. Performance wise very good hotel. The only issue is parking space is very bad and open to public. I will share its picture, check and evaluate if you can call it a parking space.

First of all, thank you for your nice comments. The visual you shared about the parking lot is not an open parking lot belonging to our hotel. The building, which is seen to the right of the image, is a closed car park where our hotel is contracted. I think you had to park there during the check-in due to the misunderstanding of our related friend. We apologize for the victimization we have given.

Memnun kaldık
Hafta sonu gezisi için eşimle birlikte geldik. Resepsiyondaki zafer abi daha otoparkta aracı park ederken başladı kibar karşılaması gezilecek yerleri tek tek tarif etti yol gösterdi ve sigara konusunda hassas olduğumuz için odalar güzelce havalandırılmıştı. Oda çarşaf havlular temizdi. Isıtma o kadar iyiydi ki kaloriferi kapatıp odada camı açtık kış günü. Asansör var. Kahvaltı açık büfe simit poğaça patates kızartması yoğurtlu biber havuç tarator peynir ve zeytin çeşitleri reçel bal pekmez kesinlikle doyurucuydu. Arabamızı park edip her yere yürüme gittik çok merkezi ve herşey elimizin altında. Fiyatına göre oldukça memnun kaldık. Tekrar geliriz hayırlı işleriniz olsun.
