Modern and fresh nice new hotel apartment, spacious rooms with convenient small open plan kitchen, friendly staff, nice restaurant and coffee shop next to the hotel which is walking distance to the city centre and central station,

So, let me start out with the positives. The room is excellent, big, and spacious, even in their basic apartment. It offers one of the best and most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept as a travel blogger. Everything about this place is perfect except the staff. The staff are extremely rude and belligerent. I had a bad first impression of the staff from the beginning. Let me explain. The reception desk called me at about 10 PM on the day that I was arriving, and the guy starts out speaking German. I told him my apologies. I did not speak German. Do you speak English or Dutch? So he switches to English and makes it apparent to me that English is not a problem for him. He then told me that he will send me an email with the instructions on how to check in after hours. What happened next was appalling. He sends me an email in German and proceeds to call me back to confirm that I received the email in German while speaking nearly flawless English. Then he proceeds to tell me that he does not have time for English. So I responded in Dutch, stating in Dutch that I also don’t have time for English because I’m here to take a high-level Dutch course at the University. To me, this was a little bit like sticking your middle finger up at me without actually doing it. It’s basically saying, I don’t want to speak English with you. I can’t speak English, but I don’t want to. Super rude.

Fantastic rooms and location
Really comfortable, modern and clean rooms with great space. Location is very close to the centre of Bochum and 10 minute walk from the train station. Staff at reception were very helpful and welcoming also which added to the fantastic stay, would definitely recommend.

Interior design and usage was superb. Super creative apartment for 3 people. The bathroom was very modern and spacious. I highly recommend. Apartments are suitable for family and business people.

3rd bed was quite uncomfortable and made weird noises; would probably be fine for a kid but could not manage an adults weight Rooms were very nice and clean

Der Aufenthalt war kurz, aber alles modern und sauber Die Küchenzeile hat die notwendige Ausstattung - wir haben nur den Kühlschrank genutzt. Es war recht stickig , da man die Fenster nur kippen kann (es gibt aber eine Klimaanlage). Am Empfang hatten wir nettes Personal. Gute Lage, Innenstadt zu Fuß zu erreichen. Parkplätze sollte man vorher reservieren, sonst sind unter Umständen keine mehr verfügbar (kostet allerdings 10€ pro Nacht bzw. 24std. - draußen findet man nur mit Glück einen Parkplatz.)

Die Unterkunft ist super, stylisch und sehr zentral. Die Umgebung ist so naja…aber das ist meine persönliche Meinung zu Bochum.

Positive: - close to city center and christmas market - spacious and clean - easy checkin - good valueformoney Negative: - noisy if the neighbors are loud - just aircondition for heating - limited number of parking slots, cannot reserve - the worst was the second bed for the child. It was not a proper bed, but the ones for visitors - not really comfortable

Kann ich weiterempfehlen. Es war sogar ein früherer Check-In möglich. Freundliches Personal, Zimmer sauber und gut ausgestattet. Nur die Kopfkissen etwas zu dick. Aber ansonsten gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.

Sehr hilfsbereites und zuvorkommendes Personal. Insbesondere da mein Vater körperlich sehr eingeschränkt ist und im Rollstuhl sitzt, haben meine Eltern bei Ihrem Aufenthalt sehr viel Unterstützung erhalten, was für uns eine große Erleichterung war. Vielen Dank an das Personal der Nena Apartments!

Drei Mal an der Rezeption gemeldet, dass das Internet nicht funktioniert. Einmal angeboten bekommen, das Zimmer zu wechseln, worauf ich sagte, dass ich am nächsten Tag drauf zurückkommen würde. Das ganze Haus ist recht hellhörig. Neben uns haben Gäste lautstark eine Party gefeiert ubd wir haben kein Auge zugemacht. Sie wuryen übethauot nicht aufgefordert leiser zu sein.

Für einen Kurztrip vollkommen ausreichend. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind aber verbesserungswürdig. Der hoteleigene Parkplatz war wohl ausgebucht deshalb wurde uns ein kleiner Parkplatz mit Parkscheinautomat empfohlen (ca. 200m von der Unterkunft entfernt).Das Personal beim Check wirkte leider etwas lustlos. In der Kochniesche fehlt eine Abzugshaube.
