Super helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Room had everything I needed and parking right in front of the door. Close to the freeway for easy stopping during travel. Vehicle noise was a bit loud at first, but I was so tired I fell asleep and didn't even notice. I will definitely stay there again.

The front desk person was excellent. She was efficient, polite, and friendly. For her, I would give a 5 star. But the person who failed to change the bedding on both beds was terrible. The beds were made but both beds looked and smelled dirty. There were dark hairs and small debris on both beds. The sink and toilet seat had spots which I wiped off before using. If it wasn’t so late when I checked in, close to midnight I would have requested another room in hopes it was a different person who would actually change the sheets, not just make the bed w/o changing the sheets. Or maybe the sheets were replaced with unwashed sheets. Also room has a bad smell At a glance looked clean but when covers pulled to get into bed, just disgusting So I took the average between front desk person and cleaner

Needles laying around, creepy people smoking pot right outside my window all night long, window is very thin/flimsy and felt very unsafe the whole time. Ended up leaving and sleeping in my truck because it was that bad. Do NOT stay here by yourself or with kids

Staff was nice, but room was very dirty. Bed had hairs on it, toilet was gross, bathroom was very dirty. Area felt very unsafe. Lots of homeless people milling around.

Overall a very nicely kept motel 6 staff was helpfull and knowledgeable the only reason I don't give five stars on my reviews is because they never will try to better themselves after that but overall nice place

Check in interrogation but nice for the price
Had an experience with 2 different front desk clerks-neither was positive. First clerk was rude and didn’t make eye contact as they told us our room wasn’t ready yet and that check in would be an hour late. When actually checking in, the process was very intrusive. I paid in advance via hotels.com yet I had to through more than simple verification of my info on file. They asked for my wife’s id as well as mine and I have never had that happen at any hotel—only at most had to add her name to reservation. Anyway, my wife’s id was packed and in the car and the clerk insisted that she go get it. The clerk was not not friendly in the way she asked and made us feel like we were being interrogated and of suspect character.

No working AC
This hotel is very bad the ac does not work at all had a really bad night rest. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

I checked in and the heater did not work in room 127, I had the same issue in that same room last month in Dec. and I told the front desk the heater needed to be fixed. this time I was moved to room 125, heater was adjusted to hot, all the way the thermostat would go and the room never got too hot the thermostat had to be turned down during the night. The morning of check-out I noticed the smoke detector was wrapped in the same plastic bag used for the trash cans in the room, I have a Photo of it, along with the broken curtains. I let the water in the shower run for 20 minutes and the water never got hot, just a little warmer than a cold shower. I have stayed at this motel for years and stay there in Spec., Oct., Dec., and this time in Jan., but never again. The only thing it has going for it is the Dove Cleaning station out back.
