"Beautiful property conveniently located at Echo point. I loved the two pools, indoor and outdoor and the surrounding gardens. The room was generous and the bed comfortable. The lounge area was also very comfortable and inviting. However, I found the service to be terrible for a five star property. Check-in was very slow and late. "Staying at Madison’s Mountain Retreat was the perfect getaway and experience for my family. We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed the atmosphere of the grounds. Anne’s warm welcome and knowledge about the animals was excellent and we all enjoyed feeding the Alpacas, Llamas & Goats. The indoor pool was great for a quick swim & we felt nice and cosy in the rustic cabin accommodation which had a lovely view of the alpacas and farm. We will definitely be back. "

"Perfect from check in to check out. Staff were both professional and friendly. Rooms were super comfortable and well appointed. The grounds were lovely to walk around and lots of extra activities - free slushies, marshmellow toasting etc ( it was during school holidays) We had dinner in the Harvest restaurant- outstanding. Food was wonderful, high class service and lovely ambience with a wonderful pianist. It's also worth having breakfast at the hotel. We wish we had stayed longer but will be...

"Travelled from Victoria, picked this location and when entering the room especially was overwhelmed with the spacious layout and highly impressed. Room would be ideal for a family of 4 as it accommodates the sleeping for 4 and could even entertain in the dinning area for social gathering. Liked the fact it was also quiet and was able to unwind after a long drive in the spacious spa. Would highly recommend and would certain book again. "
