Lovely hotel; excellent, super helpful and friendly staff. We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed the property. The breakfasts were terrific.

Loire Valley Chateaux
Nice hotel. They still seem to have some logistic issues they need to work out. Room service was difficult to access, limited in offerings.

luxurious property situated own banks of Loire with sweeping views of city of Blois oil other side of the river. check in and check out gave impression of property being understaffed. Rooms were comfortable with luxuriant bedding but minibar was almost empty and some toiletries were lacking.

It's a luxury experience with the service and ambience to match. Perhaps the 2nd best spa I've ever been to. It's quite good. The food is also among the best, but I've been to quite a few more high end restaurants than spas, so it's harder to rank. Both restaurants are quite good, and even if you only visit the 'secondary' restaurant, Amour Blanc, it will be a highlight of your trip. Oh, and a salute to the valets who had to work in the pouring rain. Not once did I see them flinch or complain.

Les chambres sont magnifiques, le personnel est très accueillant avec de nombreuses attentions à notre arrivée. Le restaurant "Amour Blanc" est excellent avec une très belle vue et la possibilité du SPA est un vrai plus. Tout était parfait, un séjour de rêve.

Quelques petites « fautes » peu appréciable pour un hôtel de ce standing. Accueil fait par deux stagiaires ( très sympathique au demeurant et nous comprenons que la formation est importante ) mais nous aurions aimé quand même avoir une personne un peu plus aguerrie à notre accueil cela aurait peut être éviter la déconvenue que ma femme apprenne à l’arrivée la surprise que je lui avais réserver au SPA ( pourtant le spa était au courant et lors de ma réservation de la chambre d’hôtel j’avais mentionner le fait que c’était pour un anniversaire mais cela apparement n’est pas suffisant donc un conseil si vous souhaitez organiser une surprise n’hésitez pas à appeler avant ) Lors du Check out prévu pour midi nous avions un peu de retard, et bien à 12 h 10 une personne de l’hôtel rentre dans la chambre sans même toquer avant, retenu inextremis par ma femme n’étant pas encore complètement habillé ( très très désagréable ). L’hôtel nous a quand même offert de petit dédommagements geste appréciable mais notre expérience fut un peu gâché par cela. Par ailleurs l’hôtel, les chambres et le SPA sont à la hauteur. Manque peut être un peu de formation hôtelière du personnel pour être digne d’un vrai 5 étoiles.

Nous avons réservé pour une nuit, l’accueil était parfait. Le service voiturier aussi on nous a accompagné jusqu’à la chambre pour tous nous expliquer une chambre spacieuse propre et des produits et Caul est responsable au niveau de la salle de bain. Le matin nous avons profité d’un spa et de la piscine, le seul petit bémol, c’est qu’il faut bien réserver en avance car quand on a un établissement aussi parfait, les réservations sont vite pris d’assaut

Séjour de deux nuits dans cet hôtel tout neuf. Les chambres sont magnifiques et très confortables. Le spa est superbe. Tout le personnel aux petits soins. Je mettrai une petite nuance sur le restaurant, trop guindé et très très cher

Très bel hôtel, encore un peu en rodage
Hôtel très bien rénové et personnel très sympathique qui permet de se sentir très à l'aise. Le Spa est également super et il est pratique de pouvoir partir à pied pour visiter Blois ou en vélo depuis l'hôtel sur les bords de Loire. Excellents petits déjeuners. Il reste néanmoins des choses à roder suite à l'ouverture (considérant que le prix n'est lui pas en rodage) : pas d'eau chaude le 1er soir, eau tiède le 2nd, bruit énorme du chauffage qui nous a poussé à le couper au milieu de la nuit,...
