"We love staying at the Wynfrey Hotel, mainly because it is attached to the mall that my 5-year-old wants to be at 24/7, but the actual hotel itself is outstanding! Rooms are always super clean, and the staff is always courteous and helpful, but on this particular trip we had to wait over two and a half hours after our "promised check-in time at 4 pm." I understand they had a big group of people check-in at once, but it was a bit ridiculous having a lobby full of guests waiting for rooms and...

The hotel not only offered airport shuttle service but also provided shuttle to local attractions. Saved us money on Ubers. The driver (I believe was named Sam) was just a kind good hearted man. There’s no other place I would think about staying next time while I’m in Birmingham "
