There was no electricity in hotel rooms and the manager won't come out to address the issues for all customers asking questions. Staff was not able to answer any questions or help customers at all. One of the worst customer service ever experienced.
The Hotel was comfortable and most importantly, the Staff are welcoming and friendly. The restaurant and breakfast options are adequate. Room service for food was sometimes delayed but generally ok.
Horrible experience for a four star rated high $$$ priced stay. No towels in the unclean pool. Rooms and beds and floor were stained. The worst noise due to lobby AC in the club royal rooms. Breakfast service was slow and lack of clear communication from some staff. The hotel brand should take note of the conditions here at HHI Bhubaneswar!
Hotel needs major renovation. Rooms were old and not maintained well. Bath tub was not maintained well and room service wasnt great too. There was some laundry issues & no towels/floor mat were served. Food at restaurant was good.

We checked in at midnight due to heavy trafic restrictions on entry at bbsr . No parking available at hotel , parked on the road . Ordered room service , not accepted but finally chicken and rice was served : chicken was stale and upon service were asked to pay in cash upfront : 760/- , breakfast at 0945 next day was below par and we finally checked out at 11 am without an invoice coz we had paid in advance
Very bad experience with HHI . Room smells very bad . Property is not in good condition.

I was on a 2 day business tour and choose this hotel based on my previous stay.
It has however turned into a garbage dump since.
I was allotted room no 411 where the AC was not working but the staff for some strange reason didn’t send anyone to check it despite 3-4 calls. I could get my room changed only after a major shouting n about 6 hours of staying in a furnace.
Basic cleanliness is totally missing. There was dust, cigarette butts and used tissues all across the lobby. Moreover the rooms were also not cleaned. The cups, coasters and spoons were not changed. The linen had holes in them. The towels seemed unwashed and no hand towels were provided.
Breakfast spread was minimal and they did not even serve black coffee. Eggs to order had to fit in according to the very limited understanding of the waiter. I ordered an espresso and was served a bowl of sugar, coffee powder and a flask of hot water.
Most shocking was seeing the staff without masks.
There is no GM at the hotel and I strongly believe I put my life in danger staying in such casual and unhygienic conditions

Nice , comfortable and convient , hotel staff nice
Staff cooperative,stayed only for a night, didn't spend much time at the hotel ,no room slippers ,on call etc is ok but for a brush you have to call for a slippery u have to call for a room slippers you have to call!!!
i had no issue. all are just very good as i expected. only i was not satisfied that minibar should have some kind of beer atleast. Rooms were clean and specious. only 5 mins away from railway stations. They took minimum time for check in. Breakfast was good. Chiken saute was excellent. But they may keep variety of juice in breakfast. Though they provide us twin bed but size was good to have sleep with kid of 7 years. swimming pool was under maintenance for that day only. Overall nice experience and surely like to visit again.
Food is the only good thing here,housekeeping very sad .the approach to this place is bad.

The staff who was working on check-in process was super rude. The hotel staffs don't have welcoming attitude. You will not see, some one to greet you with smiling. Instead, you will be interrogated for documents in rough manner.

Soundproofing and hotel
The housekeeping of this hotel in my opinion, is THE best in the business. However,the hotel needs major structural renovation. The front desk needs trainings and should stop lying to their guest. The rooms had major soundproofing issues. Had hard time going to sleep because there was very loud music going on every evening and when asked the front desk to change the room or stop the music their answer was the music stops at 11.00 pm and I should go to bed after that. The point is hotel should not tell when a guest should go to bed.
Everything stinks here, from lift to lobby to room everything.
Bathroom had sealing and water was dropping on our head. the next day false sealing fell.

Decent hotel in Bhubaneswar
The hotel is decent; however, the ongoing construction was a bit of a problem. With small tweaks, this could be an excellent place to stay in Bhubaneswar. The pool and gym need to be cleaned.
Our room was in the second building with the ball room. Everyday as we walked out of the building, we saw the remnants of the previous evening's event, including serving bowls of food and furniture which had not been cleaned up. Also, the stairs were dirty with rags and paper strewn everywhere.
The food was decent and the staff were friendly but not efficient.
I thought my stay could have been a little better. My first day, I was in a room that smelled like mold and mildew. I had no hot water in the shower. The next day I moved to a different room. It also smelled of mold and mildew, I did not have towels in the room or hot water. Customer service was awful both days. I constantly had to call for towels and for the water to be checked. I had to go to the front desk for help. Power went out for a long period of time during my 2 day stay which also caused the internet not to work. There was one small candle with no matches. Hotel amenities could have been better and the hotel location was not what I was use to.
Pros: Comfortable stay. Rooms are excellent. Very efficient and helpful frontdesk. Cons: Tap water has a taste. One may get drenched on a rainy day while moving between room and dining area/lobby as they are in two separate buildings and there is no covered pathway connecting them.
The hotel was a decent 4 star hotel. Room was clean. Breakfast was adequate. Allowed early checkin at 6AM and late checkout at 4Pm without any charge which was really wonderful.
Hotel overall is decent. The first room they showed me had dust all over so they ended up showing me 5 rooms and all were dirty...couch had dirt stains and the room was not something that you expect. I think a 2 star hotel is better maintained than this hotel's room. Breakfast and location were the only good things I guess
