The hotel rooms are dated and require total reburbishment. We booked a Studio, Seaview, Terrace but when we went to our room, they had given us one WITHOUT a terrace. On returning to Reception they said Expedia had displayed an inaccurate description. There were no studios with terraces. However after complaining our friends (who also booked this category) were reallocated a studio with a terrace (so they did have some) but there were none left for us. We ended up in 3 different rooms in the 5 days of our trip so that we had a terrace but had to work round availability and other bookings. The Hotel Manager was abrupt and reluctant to help. I submitted an official complaint to Expedia 5 days ago but as yet have not received confirmation or a response.
