Reception are correct in the fact that Expedia description was wrong as they do not collect information directly from us. This means there are some inaccuracies, we then of course did our best for you by moving apartments until you were comfortable. I know this is not ideal. We appreciate your feedback and have also contacted Expedia and changed any information so this can not happen again. Apologies again and I trust that there were many other aspects to your holiday you could enjoy.

However, I hope that the pool area did not cause too much of an inconvenience, we are actually quite full and during your holiday we had a large dance group staying with us as well.
