I have been there multiple times and it has been very very nice, but the last time I was there, there was some issues with the hotel room that I got. I complained a lot, but they reacted after six days. It actually disappointed me. Thank you.

My favorite hotel in Lebanon. Have stayed there many times. The stay is always great, the staff amazing and the room super clean. One thing to improve sustainability is to lower the AC power in the public areas (it was freezing in the corridor of the 6th floor)

Perfect Stay with Outstanding Staff!!!!
My stay at Radisson blu , Verdun was nothing but EXCELLENT!!! It usually take me a while to book a certain hotel. I have to read most of the recent reviews and it’s amenities. Prior to booking my stay at Radisson blu Verdun, I kept on coming back and forth to two other hotels and finally made my final decision and definitely made the right choice. When I checked in, they upgraded my room to business class. When I entered my room it was huge and have more than I needed during my stay. I would like to commend the guy who checked me in … Chayame or Chayane . He has this great smile and just very accommodating. I would like to include the other person with him which is Addel ( I hope I spelled it right)… both have been helping me with all my inquiries and how can I forget the friendly lady Shasauna ( apologize if I misspelled your beautiful your name ), supervisor I think on my floor or the hotel. She calls my room every now and then to make sure if I’m ok or need any help. I mean there are minute issue like the shower but it overshadows how amazing the staff are.. I would highly recommend this hotel not only because of its awesome amenities but also, it is close to the mall.. it is in front of it and the ocean is easily walkable from the hotel. It is very safe. I even walk there at night and feels safe. I will definitely come back to Beirut and for sure will stay at Radisson Blu, Verdun again. To all the staff there… thank you very much and I wish you all well!
