stay was great! Hosts were lovely and very helpful in both accommodating our late check in and making sure we were fed. We booked last minute so we were not able to make reservations for the restaurant downstairs. The room has no a/c so we had the windows open to try and catch a breeze and had to use ear plugs to drown out the restaurant patrons because they were loud and it was late (midnight). The breakfast was AMAZING. We would stay here again if we returned to this area of Switzerland.

They charge me more when I arrived very bad man in the reception he shouting with me many spider in the room I don’t think I can stay her again

An Ideal Boutique Hotel

If you're looking for a charming boutique hotel on Lake Lucern, look no further than Boutique Hotel Schlussel. I was astounded at the "service", but it doesn't even feel like service. The owners Daniel and Gabrielle are passionate about what they do and are genuinely interested in their guests. There is great parking and I would say that eating at their restaurant is a must as Daniel's cooking is AMAZING!!! I can't wait to come here again!

Beautiful, romantic, stylish boutique hotel

This is really a gem... It is an old house but beautifully renovated preserving the charming things of an old house but with all the confort of a new construction. The staff is simply amazing, friendly, knowledge etc. They make you feel at home. The food is also superb! I would love to go back.

Otel 1820 den beri konaklama amacı ile kullanılıyor. İçine girdiginiz andan itibaren geçmişe gidiyorsunuz. Nostaljik ve romantik. temizlik mükemmeldi, kahvaltısı da cok güzeldi.Herkese tavsiye edebileceğim kadar memnun kaldık. Bu otelde İsviçre’de oldugunuzu iliklerinize kadar hissediyorsunuz 💕

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, tolle Infos, Willkommensdrink. Haus mit viel Charme, etwas ringhörig, im Zimmer fehlten bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten, die Matratzen waren uns viel zu hart. Wunderbares Frühstück.

Übernachtung bei Freunden

Wir wurden in diesem Hotel so herzlich empfangen wie noch nie. Der Besitzer und Chefkoch hat uns freundschaftlich per du empfangen. Er und sein Team haben uns bis zum Schluss das Gefühl gegeben bei Freunden geschlafen zu haben. Leider konnten wir das Abendessen aufgrund einer privaten Feier nicht kosten, aber das Frühstück war vorzüglich mit genauso viel Liebe zubereitet wie die Zimmer gestaltet wurden. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir kommen wieder!

Das Hotel "Schlüssel" ist ein wirkliches Erlebnis - wunderschöne grosse Zimmer, sehr herzlicher Service und ein speziell gutes Nachtessen (wird vom Wirten am Tisch erklärt). Wir können dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

До глубины души тронуты радушием хозяев. На протяжении всего пребывания в гостинице оставалось впечатление, что мы в гостях у добрых друзей. Также впечатлило удивительное внимание к мелочам во всем, начиная от оформления номера заканчивая подачей блюд. Кулинария выше всяких похвал! Обязательно порекомендуем эту гостиницу своим друзьям и вернёмся ещё не один раз.

Gastfreundlichk.+Verpfleg. stehen im Vordergrund

Waren insgesamt zufrieden. Das Hotel lebt von seiner Gastlichkeit. Hier soll man sehr gut essen können. Ausser dem Frühstück konnten wir dies leider nicht erfahren, da die Gastgeber in Urlaub waren, was uns vorher aber auch bekannt war. Die Zimmer wirken auf den ersten Blick sehr originell, jedoch Badewanne, Dusche und Bett in einem Raum fanden wir wegen der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit nicht so ideal. Sehr störend empfanden wir die quietschenden Holzdielenböden nebenan im Flur, in unserem und über unserem Zimmer.

Echte Gastfreindschaft

Wir durften für 6 Tage im Hotel übernachten. Schon mit dem ersten Handschlag haben wir das "Du" angeboten bekommen. Ich habe noch nie so eine tolle Betreuung erhalten und kann jedem die Unterkunft empfehlen. Die Zimmer haben alles, was man braucht, um mal ein paar Tage abzuschalten. Toller Ausblick auf den See war auch gegeben. Das Frühstück war großartig - es gab alles, was man brauchte. Das Restaurant ist auch sehr sehr gut. Der Dani kocht mit solcher Leidenschaft - da macht es richtig Spass zu essen! Danke an das gesamte Team!
