Very inconvenient for light switch selection. No bedside light. No light switch by the bed to control other lights. Overall I am disappointed"

Apparently there is additional checkin that needed to be done which was hidden away in some link, the least they should have done is to have someone helping with this online checkin that speaks English. Instead there was only a local watchman who had no idea. I eventually booked a separate hotel for them. When asked for cancelling, I was told it's not their policy to refund. I see no...
