"Staff at the Bath House were fantastic. They personalised our stay, upon finding out it was my birthday they decorated the room whilst we were out. It was a lovely surprise to return to. The location was great, nice and close to walk into Bath and explore the city. Breakfast was great and delivered hot into our room at the requested time. Thanks to Cory and Holly for a great stay."

"This is a great hotel to stay in for a nice break in Bath. The location is perfect. When you leave the hotel door it’s a short walk in either direction to get you into the center of Bath. The staff are really polite and were helpful with suggestions on restaurants and things to do. Our room was superb. At the back of the hotel overlooking what I believe is part of the rugby ground. "Beautiful manor house. The room was good, not to my taste in terms of design (everything brown, photos on the website were showing different designs) but all of good quality. My husband didn't find the pillows comfortable (too big) but it was fine for me. The only inconvenience was that the cooked breakfast takes a long time to wait as you order it, literally like dinner waiting time. We tried to solve that by ordering to the room by a certain time the next day but they still brought it 20min...
