"The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The location of the hotel is excellent for visitors as it is near the bazar quarter(10 minutes walk) the coast (20 minute walking) an kültürpark and its museums (5 minutes). Metro is not far away either. The cons were the cleanliness of the hotel, which was far from satisfactory, and the fact that there is no parking, despite hotel’s claims that it has free parking. We had to leave our car in the streets near the hotel. "

"The location is near the train station Hilal it is very easy to catch it if you arrive to the airport just 8TRY per person rather than taking a taxi which will cost you around 160 TRY make sure to download maps.me and you will easily arrive... Mr Mehmet was very helpful explaining which places we can visit every day greeting us and taking care of our stay there... The best thing you can do is pay for the card which will allow you to go everywhere including Ferry to Bostanli etc... It's walkable...

It was definitely still under construction during our stay but it was pleasant and no construction in the area occurred until after 10am which is a far cry from 8am I’ve experienced elsewhere. "The hotel is okay, we stayed for two nights, room was noisy as is located next to busy road, breakfast really nice unfortunately they only servings it after 9am even it says breakfast hours between 7-10, when we asked if we can have it at 8am they told as the quickest can be 8:30 unfortunately that was to late for us, we have booked room for three 2 adults and 1 child but for me that room was double, there was no bed for our son just the sofa seater where he slept, I don't think that adult can...

"Very disappointed in our room. The bathroom was in horrible condition with the sink almost falling off the wall, shower head completely leaking, vanity mirror door had broken hinges. Bed was uncomfortable. Slept on sofa. Office help was responsive to a few things like a hot water pot but unable to correct anything else. "
