Great hotel in a fantastic area, close to the metro, The Rambla and the Gothic district. 15 minutes walk to the harbour. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were excellent with comfortable beds and a lovely shower with a free safe. Would recommend

The rooms were so small I feared I might seriously injure myself (did bash my head on wall TV as I tried to navigate past the bed. Small hotel rooms are fine. This one perverted that description. Also, little air ventilation, zero amenities (tissues? Hair conditioner?) and cups that began disintegrating after a few sips. Hôtel claimed it was being eco-conscious. In this case, that was code for “cheap” (mind you, the rate was not).

Location and Cleanliness. The only problems that we experienced was that we were repeatedly locked out of our room unexpectedly and loss of internet usage was almost a daily experience. Every time, I had to go to the front desk to get it fixed. Even when they had to switch rooms on us, they locked us out as a means of notifying us. This was a very inconvenient experience for a two week stay. This kept me from giving a Excellent overall rating.

The hotel is very well located and convenient. We were surprised at how quiet the property was even in the middle of a busy tourist area. It was walkable to all the attractions we were in Barcelona for. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal für eine Städtereise. Man ist schnell an den Ramblas und gelangt in wenigen Minuten zum Startpunkt der Hop-on Hop-off Busse. Das Hotel ist sauer, die Zimmer sind neuwertig, das Personal ist freundlich und das Frühstück ist richtig gut. Klare Empfehlung!

I rented a car but had trouble about parking. Even just to unload u have to worry police will give u a ticket because the car is not registered to drive in downtown.

Centrally located and well appointed. Only things that were unusual for me were A/C/Heater that was controlled from the desk for the whole hotel so at times we were cold or hot and were not able to control the thermostats in the rooms and the Wi-Fi that was individually set per room. But the stay was great. The staff incredible; Fede was very helpful as well as Naiz(I think I spelled it right). These guys were incredibly helpful. The ladies at breakfast were awesome as well I’ll return in the future for sure

Very nice hotel with delicious buffet breakfast, proximity to A Vocados restaurant that has great GF options, close to metro, very walkable. The front desk promptly filled our request for a taxi to the airport. AC works! Comfortable beds, small but nice bathroom.

Lovely clean hotel, room was a good size and very nicely presented. No tea or coffee making facilities which was disappointing. No plug for the bath, when requested was promised for the same day but was not supplied. When questioning this at reception was told couldn't have a bath due to water shortages, which I understand, but I was told I should ask the staff on reception in the morning? Not very helpful as i already had asked the morning reception staff. Overall the stay was very pleasant and breakfast was phenomenal. Rooms were cleaned and presented exceptionally well.

The hotel was easy to find, had easy access to shops and restaurants, and was in a perfect spot to start exploring Barcelona. Check-in was quick and easy, the staff were very helpful and friendly, and the hotel was very clean. The bedroom was clean and comfortable, and the aircon worked well, which was welcomed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again if we visit Barcelona.

Das Hotel ist von der Lage her sehr ruhig, nur ist es teilweise sehr hellhörig. Von der Ausstattung gutes Hotel. Das Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut, nur das Ambiente des Frühstücksraum im Keller ohne Fenster, war nicht so prickelnd!

This hotel was very clean and staff was wonderful. Location in the gothic quarter was very convenient and we were able to walk everywhere. The only downside was that our room faced the street front and was very noisy.

I like it is close to downtown. But it has no view at my room.

Very nice hotel in the middle of all action. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The rooms are somewhat basic but clean and comfortable. Their buffet breakfast was very vast and delicious. Great value!
