"We love the free shuttle available in the morning to the bts or imperial mall. The breakfast was good as they had fresh fruit and eggs. But the coffee and tea was really bad. My favorite part of this hotel is that they have a nice room for you to sit and visit with your friends. Can bring games and order food in. Super comfortable."

"I booked as I was going to the Ancient City which they have free transport and discount to and also to a lovely restaurant just up the road big rooms ours was looking over the Ancient city staff where so helpful the whole place is very clean only downside was breakfast but I don't think they have many Europeans staying . "We had read the entire Thailand speaks our language. Not a single person in Pattaya and Bangkok understands or speaks English. Not a pleasant experience in this country even after spending a lot of money. About 189 resort: The place is far from all connectivity. The closest BTS station is Bearing which is over 2 kms away from the place. The rooms are good and comfortable bed. Staff was good and willing to help 24hrs though they don’t understand or speak English. We used google translator...

"This hotel is about 1 and 1/2hour taxi ride to downtown bangkok. It is situation in a very dirty nieghbourhood with absolutely nothing to do. Why would expedia put this in their list of hotels for tourists. Blows my mind. I saw more stray dogs in 100 ft running on the street than iv seen in a life time. Staff is very friendly. Never go here. You are living in the slums. No where to walk...."
