Nice lobby, great bed and linens, pool was nice but some music would have been welcome. The chairs were great but the tables need some serious attention. No included breakfast and very few dining options in the neighbourhood. 6 other hotels within walking distance competition is stiff

Only a quick overnight stop but check-in was easy, staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable. We had a good nights sleep before continuing on our journey.

The gentleman that checked me in acted like it was his first time and I had to ask the obvious questions that normally would be answered on arrival. There was no elevator and the hallway and the stairs were dirty.

I'm sorry about your unpleasant experience at our hotel. We do in fact have a new employee and we will make sure to continue training them to be able to answer any questions guests may have. It is unfortunate we do not have an elevator as this is an older hotel. I will address the dirty stairs and hallways and apologize they were not cleaned up before your arrival.

Wonderful suite. House keeping staff was excellent and front desk were very accommodating. The pool was huge and clean. Just overall experience.

Staff was very helpful , rooms were recently redone. Only oddity is the height of the bathroom counter tops. They are quite low almost child height.

The hotel and pool were great but the restaurant was severely lacking. We waited over a half hour just for menus and then another 30-45 minutes for our food to come out

Unfortunately the restaurant is a separate business, they just happen to be connected to us, so we have a partnership with them that allows us to offer our guests 10% off for their meals. If you would like to contact the restaurant yourself you could leave a review for the Blue Sky Lounge. Unfortunately we get negative reviews for the restaurant every once in a blue moon and it affects our hotels review score. But we hope to see you again soon!

I loved the idea of having a dining room available in the hotel and a bar area. This made it very convenient for me as I had no reason to leave the hotel and look around for food and drinks

We chose this property for a base camp to go view the eclipse in Northern Maine. The staff was very friendly and calm under pressure of a large influx for a couple of days. Their on site restaurant was very good, both for breakfast and supper, with live music one night. Prices very reasonable, but staffing was limited and the wait and bar staff stretched to the max. But, the atmosphere was festive. Noisy in the halls, smell of weed frequently also in the halls. Reasonable price for us though.

Our stay started off a bit rough - the room we were assigned wouldn't lock - but the front desk receptionist, Michael, was very helpful and was able to get us quickly moved into another room. We very much appreciate the level of service he provided. We would definitely stay here again. The room and amenities were comfortable. We didn't check out the restaurant, but based on the selections and pricing, it looked good!
