Staff was initially friendly and helpful. When I injured myself and had to depart they were completely inflexible and would not allow me to cancel my booking at all and pay a cancellation fee if any kind. They made me pay for over a week of nights that I wasn't even at their hotel, which is ludicrous especially considering they weren't busy at all.
After notifying them I'd be leaving, talking with them politely and trying to come to a compromise, their tone also changed towards me and my girlfriend and they were kind of rude and short, like they just wanted us gone.
They also did not allow us to use the hotel shuttle at all after I notified them we'd be leaving, which had previously been taking us to the BTS or MRT stations.
Business is business but this shows a total lack of respect, empathy, and compassion. I paid hundreds and hundreds for services not used. I would not recommend this hotel at all for this reason. The area is also very poor for sightseeing, has almost no restaurants or bars, and is not recommended for those visiting Bangkok.
