Well it is your opinion . Some people like loft design property . By the way the poorly designed weird and confusion hotel won an architectural award and featured in a few magazines and Tv shows . That goes to say how expertise you are at judging a design . Realistically you are just looking for a cheap stay judging from your comment on price .

Thanks for staying with us . There are numerous sightseeing locations around this neighbourhood apart from what is written in the guidebook . There are fun places around this location within 15 mins such as Chatuchak market , night market etc .

Yes as we do run reef aquarium and therefore strict lighting schedule must be followed in order for corals to thrive . In essence we turned the lights on with increasing intensity to mimic the natural sunlight from 3 pm til 11 pm and after lights out we can still enjoy a different aspect of sea life at night which is also fascinating . Nice to welcome you yo our hotel .

You have been writing untruthful reviews at many sites purely because you bought a non refund policy and wanted a refund . Let me explain again why you wrote this review and why it is full of lies : 1) You practice Thai boxing , you booked this hotel because it is near to Thai boxing arena . 2) I am sure you must have put into consideration why you chose this pleasant part of Bangkok . The reader can google search what is around this area and will find that Mr. Thai boxer is lying to his teeth . We have the famous Chatuchak market nearby . We have within 5 minutes by foot from the hotel , 30 restaurants not mentioning a few bars , a few coffee shops , three 7/11 convenient stores , 2 traditional Thai massage shops . We also have the famous Local market “ Thai airways market “ within 3 mins by foot and also food center with literally 100+ stalls in Thai airways market . 3) Mr. Thai boxer was quite happy with the hotel , the staff and the surrounding area until he injured his rib although not serious but it stopped him from practicing Thai boxing . So he has no reason to stay here any longer and wanted a refund on a non refund package he bought . So what he did was to lie to the hotel staff and asked for their sympathy for a refund claiming that he had to cut short his trip in order to have an emergency operation on his rib in Canada . 3) You did not go back to Canada to have an operation but instead you took a flight from DMK airport to another destination in Thailand .4) Mr Thai boxer threatened to blackmail us with bad reviews ( which he did ) if we do not refund him . Of course this is recorded on the hotel ‘s CCTV . However we run an honest hotel business and cannot succumb to blackmailer for fake reviews in exchange for refund . 5)We provide guests with free shuttle bus to metro stations so thats another from you .

You were quite happy to stay in the area which you now claimed awful . You practice Thai boxing and the thai boxing arena is just around the corner hence the long stay around this neighbourhood .However you injured yourself which was not an emergency case but it meant you have to rest from boxing for a short while . You booked a non refund policy in order to get a cheap rate and because you cannot practice boxing so you wanted to go elsewhere up country with your friend . You concocted a lie telling the receptionist that you had to go back to Canada in order to get an operation to get your injury fixed and wanted to get a refund for the nights you did not stay .Our staff saw you and your friend planning and searching for a trip up country . You booked a flight which leaves from Don Muang airport ( you asked the hotel to book the taxi for you ). Your emergency medication trip to Canada was in fact just a hoax as there is no flight to Europe or America from Don muang airport . You confronted our staff and threatened to write a bad review if you do not get a refund ( all recorded on camera). We are to understand that if we refund you then we will get a good review ? Sorry we run an honest business and do not want to be tainted with your black mail in order to get a good review . You must understand that a non refund booking meant that it is non refundable because you are taking advantage from a deep discount due to low season and therefore need to plan well in advance. This area of town is pleasant, quiet and full of restaurants , bars and local markets as it is near to the Chatuchak weekend market . You painted a bad picture of not just the hotel staff but this part of town purely because you did not get a refund .
