Good location near airport and walking distance to supermarkets. Good sguttle bus servoces to and from the airport. Need to improve on cleanliness such as mold in shower room and toilet. Tables in lobby are not cleaned properly and having stains and dirt for most part of the day. Available fruit jams during breakfast were of poor quality. Some of the cut vegetables for salad bar are obviously leftover from the day before.

I like Park Nine - I have stayed there 5 times in the past. I have noticed changes - the price has gone up - in than 4 months the price increased over $25 USD a night. The a/c worked - but none of the controls responded so it couldn’t be adjusted. Just like the last two times I have stayed there the replace filter light was on - when do they change the A/C filters? There were unpleasant smells coming through at times. Also - NO Hot water!!! Sure - it’s humid Bangkok summer, but to have only cool water for the shower is not right. In short - price goes up - quality has gone down. Too bad - I’ll try a new place next time….

The service was absolutely outstanding! My only complaint is that there were a lot of mosquitoes in the main lobby, bar area. I received multiple bites. I recommend adding a double entry door or maybe some mosquito repellent plants. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Didn’t like the so called queen bed. 2 twin beds next to each other with a dip in the middle did a number on my back. No wash cloths. Staff was friendly but the hotel needs better amenities.

We stayed at Park Nine because we were in transit through Suvarnabhumi Airport with an early departure the next morning. It was easy to connect with their free shuttle at the airport (they even had a person at the pickup location so you knew you had a seat and when the van was coming). The rooms were comfortable and the on-site restaurant surprisingly good. We booked the free shuttle for the next morning and all went smoothly. What more could you ask for?

The staff was amazing! The pool was nice though there’s very little seating around it. The service in the bar was great. The room seemed a bit run down and the check out process was not very smooth. Make sure you’re early to check out, bring both keys, and know they have to check your room before you leave. One guests airport taxi wouldn’t leave until the hotel let them, and another was taken out of our airport shuttle because he had left the keys in his room to check out.

The condition of the suite is getting stale. They should refresh the interior decor. The noodle soup for breakfast is excellent. The airport shuttle space was limited and not available for me. Staying alone, they provided a room with 2 twin beds, no attempt to accommodate me with a room with 1 larger bed. No attempt.

According to your original booking from Expedia under name Mark Shumar, your reservation has been created under room type "Superior Twin Room" which mean there are 2 single beds in room not 1 king-size bed. Therefore, the room was followed by these details accurately. All special requests are subject to availability upon arrival and depends on room available at that time.Best Regard,
