Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Location: good. Near the BTS of Nana so easy to get to from airport. Short walk and you're there.
Next to Terminal 21 (good food court there on L5), 1in walk away is esphere (higher end centre). Lots of 7-eleven and as it's in the tourist area, lots of bars, pubs, eateries. Location wise can't complain.
It was always alive, so if you're going for a quieter place, maybe think about it. It is eventful
Staff: very nice, from reception to room, no issues at all. Very helpful
Breakfast was included which was great. Makes things easier
Amenities: not bad. Some basics in the room which was good.
Room service was good. Clean and efficient
AC worked fine (big help)
Improvements/suggestions
TV channels were bad. I know you shouldnt be in a room watching TV but nice to have. Never seen so much Korean stuff
Coffee was bad. Nice to have a machine but no milk, instant would have been better. Coffee in the breakfast area was pretty bad as well
Decor is aged. Very old school, not a big issue but the room space could be used better
No exhaust in bathroom/shower so got foggy quickly.
No USB charging point. Had to use TV which took a long time. Power points probably should be improved, or at least one of them
No pool. When I saw the pic it showed a pool but this was for another branch of same hotel.
Apart from that, decent hotel. I would stay again but probably pick the one with the pool
