This is my second time in Ramada, super convenient walkable to terminal 21 and to BTS in one minute. You get amenities you needed and staffs are always helpful and friendly.

I enjoyed my stay at Ramada. Staff are really friendly and accommodating. Food and room service is the best part of my stay. It is 2 min away from BTS Nana. So, it was convenient to go around the city using BTS. Breakfast has plenty of options and the place is very clean. Thank you to Jaturon for helping me with the airport transportation and V with the best Thai recommendation when I felt like eating outside. Overall it’s a good experience and recommend it.

Stay here if you like to be in the hub of Bangkok's entertainment district. Definitely is you're single or a couple and have an openmind. Don't stay in the area if you're bringing your family. This hotel has 2 separate buildings and I stayed at the detached rear building (looks like employee entrance) while check in is in the main building and looks a bit more updated. My room was huge (big as a condo apartment yet it was a studio). Rear building is quieter too

Carpet on stairs stained and dirty. Tried to get a ride for three from airport to the hotel, when the taxi came it was for one and could not be used, I was charged $40.00 for this mistake. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good Hotel did not match the photos on the web site.

Stayed 4 nights. Clean, modern, comfortable. A/C worked great, the staff was friendly and helpful, and there is a beautiful pool and rooftop bar. Perfect location for restaurants and nightlife, close to the Nana Train station. Would stay again.

Very unusual setup for a Hotel. I was upgraded to a low ceiling step up next to the bed room. Room had exposed wires showing and the bathroom was tiny and in need of a serious update This is a 2 star hotel at best.

It was my fault really for a ‘ not so nice experience’ I chose a small room for one night and it was …. Small. It was also in a different block of the hotel and nobody told us. That was a bit out of order. I will still go back again but make sure I get a decent room

I was given small cell like room with no window and a 6 1/2 foot ceiling, faulty fire alarm that flashed bright white light every 3 seconds. Next day changed to room with window, small but ok. Good location but noisy with rap bar on first floor. Excellent staff helped with room change problem. If you stay here insist on room with window!!

On arrival was told the hotel was overbooked and my deluxe room was not available. Was offered a standard room and they would compensate me by including breakfast for two. The room was tiny with no outlook and when I came to breakfast was told it was not included. The yound lady at checkout was very nice and apologetic and the only good part of this stay.

Feels more like an Hourly Rated hotel especially since its located within a Red Light district of Bangkok. Overall for the price its alright but then again also so many other hotel options. What totally left a bad taste was the Check In experience which was the 1st touchpoint for guests. Inefficient which took over 30mins and did not help that 2 couples beforeme wanted a change or upgrade to premium rooms which could only mean the Basic room must be bad

The hotel was decent and clean. Rooms had good AC, were quiet and beds were decent. Clearly an aged property but they have done some work to spruce it up. Pool was not operational while we were there and rooms were not ready at check in time. Staff gave a “free upgrade” to all 12 separate bookings we had… doubt that as it was the exact room I booked. Maybe an appeasement statement for the late rooms and no pool. Perfect spot if you’re gonna club/drink like crazy or like the “red light district”…. but after a few days, constantly being approached for this restaurant, that bar, or “otherwise” got pretty annoying.

Arrived early 12.30pm (check in at 14.00) but to my surprise the ladies gave me a room upgrade and said my room was ready great way to start your stay. All staff were very friendly and helpful will definitely stay here again 👍👍👍👍👍

Likes - the convenient location as it's close to BTS station which makes it so handy to travel to so many different area. - The lovely and helpful staff there - the bed is really nice and comfortable - the fact that they clean the rooms every day Room for improvement - the music noise at night from either the top floor or from thr bar downstairs. It didnt bother me as i could sleep through any noise - the rainfall shower has a hole where the shower head is. It still works fine but it just shows that the person who installed the shower didn’t complete the job properly. - the mini fridge didn’t work properly but they changed it after i mentioned when i got there, that it wasn't working properly. It would be good that they do a quick check of the room to ensure that everything is working well before the guest checks in. Apart from that, i had a very pleasant and relaxing stay there.

Central location for the BTS and Nana, the hotel is not very well marked up and the reception is not visible from the road. The staff were friendly and helpful,the room was small and reasonably maintained, the cleaning a good standard.The shower water could have been a little hotter but apart from that would recommend this hotel.

Had a very nice experience. I arrived early and they kindly allowed me to leave my luggage in a secure room whilst I toured and shopped. When I came back the staff member had remembered all of my details so check in was swift. Nice gym for running. Excellent rooftop pool and views. Next time I’m in Bangkok I will definitely be back.
