Although the payment is done via the Expedia portal and they confirmed at the check-in, you are required to pay 1,000 Bahts as a deposit in cash. There is no option to make the deposit with your credit card or other method. I asked the staff if it is possible to return the deposit to may credit card I used for the reservation/payment, and the stuff confirmed it. BUT, at the check-out, they sad they can not return it to the credit card, and only possible with the cash. They told me that it was a mistake of the stuff member who did the check-in. It is very disappointing as I did confirm it several times at the check in....

My stay
Not a bad stay but concerned that my ‘pay booking at hotel’ was disregarded. My bank account was debited the full booking amount 5 HOURS before check in time and 6 hours before my arrival. Received an unsatisfactory answer as to why it happened and an offer to bill a different way was not very forthcoming. Would also point out that the promised ‘blackout curtains’ are not blackout curtains, and I wish I had remembered that there is a nightclub next door that pounds bass music until 3 or 4 am. The young man working late night/mornings is very professional and kind. Thank him for me please.

It's definitely not up to my minimal standards. And, they claim that I must pay cash for stay even though Expedia has apparently debited my account for the cost. I will check it out better when I get to a stable place later this week.

Location is great in Silom Area. A few steps walk to Sala Deng BTS & a 5 min walk to Silom MRT. Silom Complex Central Plaza is just oppesite the main road. Patpong Night Market is in walking distance. Family Mart, 7/11, money exchange, bars and restaurants are in the area. Ausome vibe.

Very Hotand very small rooms stay way.
Absolutely disgusting hotel... my room was so small with no ventilation because of no windows it was dim and red hot in the room the air con was situated above the entrance door and the bed was placed to the left of a wall so no benefit whatsoever ! I told the front desk this was not the room I booked and was told to pay 800 baht more for an upgrade I told them no I already paid and wanted the room shown on the internet the receptionist was rude and told me the other rooms were full she the shown me another room with a window but none of the power points in the room worked. I had to book another hotel and left.

Very convenient location with BTS and MRT just outside. Sheets very clean, bed good, extra pillow for both beds, hair dryer provided. Towels so so. Bring your earplugs cos you can hear the booming from clubs nearby. Didn't bother me though.

Walking distance of about 50 steps, you will reach the escalator going up to Sala Daeng BTS..around another 100 meters away, you can assess to Silom MRT.. Mall with supermarket are on the opposite of the hotel.. 7 eleven are walking distance to the right once you came out of the alley.. A few massage shop around the hotel.. Patpong night life, bar is around the corner... If you love street breakfast food, be sure to set foot and walk to your right after coming out of the hotel alley...by 8am because, after which, most stall will move off for the shop houses to open up their doors for business...if you are craving for authentic Thai lunch, walk further down passing by patpong, an hospital and turn to the right..you will come across their kind of foodcourt, selling many food for local office working people. To avoid the lunch crowd, go before or after their lunch break. I highly recommend this hotel because of convenient transportation around and the food around the hotel. Will stay this hotel if come to Bangkok again.

Pluses: Very good location (next to BTS Saladaeng), room size is decent, receptionist is friendly and helpful, strong wifi, good selection of TV channels Minuses: No windows, no free breakfast (but food easily found in the vicinity), limited charging points besides bed, toilet is rather dark, those with leg problems may have a difficulty getting out of the bath tub, the washing sink is small and strangely right behind the toilet door.

Excellent hotel for the price
Have stayed here many times. Always an excellent time. It is a minimalist hotel but rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Rooms are a good size and are always clean. The location is excellent for with easy access to the BTS system. What makes this hotel special are the staff. Front desk and housekeeping staff are all very professional and pleasant to deal with. Always greeting you with a smile.

Best budget hotel in Bangkok
This budget hotel is ideally situated for tourists to Bangkok. It is only steps away from Sala Deng Skytrain station and just a few minutes walk from Silom Metro station which connects you to the Skytrain from the airport. The rooms are of adequate size, have comfortable beds, beautiful bed linen, TV, fridge, safe, shower, wi-fi and air-con. At this price, you cannot get better tourist accommodation in Bangkok.
