Every time I visit Bangkok, I stay here at the isanook hotel. I made the mistake of choosing a different hotel once because of location (I learned my lesson.) The staff here is absolutely wonderful and accommodating and all speak great English. The rooms are large and clean and have everything you need. We had a few issues with the tv and the air conditioner, and they sent someone within 5 minutes to come look at it and fix it. The pool is quiet and very relaxing. The area of the hotel is residential so you feel like you are living amongst the locals. You’re close to local restaurants and all major public transportation. The best hotel in Bangkok!

The Hotel was perfect for me, very clean, had a balcony, nice barhroom. Huge bed! Short drive to major tourist atractions. I used mostly motorbike app grab and bolt. For cars it is a little complicated to get to front entrance but not impossible. When I order a car I would walk 30 seconds to corner and meet taxi. Isanook is fantastic! The neighborhood around is for working people. Walk over to 711. On the way you will find homemade noodles and satai. Thank you Isanook.

I've stayed at the iSanook before, when I was in Thailand 6 years ago, and since then have highly recommended it to many friends and acquaintances. Based on this last stay, I will certainly continue to do so! It's a lovely clean hotel with rooms that are larger and a staff that's more helpful than most Thailand hotels in this price category. I've stayed at other similar hotels nearer to major attractions but the streets were dead at night (even near the palace),and the rooms and staff could not compare to the iSanook. The iSanook staff is there for help with anything/everything you need (AND there's a pool!). Honestly, I'd never stay anywhere else in Bangkok from now on!

This is a very solid hotel for a reasonable price. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was nice and the water pressure/temperature of the shower was excellent. The AC blew cold, the mini fridge worked properly, and the desk was a nice touch to get work done on a laptop. The hotel is a fairly large property with multiple amenities that make this a very comfortable option for longer stays. There’s a gym, 2 hot tubs, a nice pool, and even a communal kitchen type area you can prepare your own food (no stove or oven, just microwave, sink, and fridge). There’s also a restaurant/bar on the property that we didn’t eat at, and there’s a cafe as well - they serve tasty smaller bites and coffee. The location is convenient enough to get Taxi’s and/or Grabs from. It’s a little tricky to navigate through because there’s a network of very narrow roads, but Google maps will get ya where you need to go. Lots of tasty food within walking distance and a couple 711’s as well. I’d probably give the hotel 5 stars for the value you get, however, we had a strange incident before checking out. The check out time is 12 noon so we went out in the morning for a last stroll around and coffee. We got back around 11 to pack up but our key card no longer worked. The front desk told us that since it was close to checkout, the key card could no longer work and they’d need to let us in themselves. Not a big deal but we got the sense they wanted us out before checkout. Overall a great stay!

Nice hotel in a very local area. Good location for Samyan, SiLom and Riverside area. Good local areas to eat nearby and restaurant in hotel is good too. Staff are helpful and it's nice that some remember me. Some of the furniture and fixings looking a little tired now though.

Amazing hotel and staff as-well ! From the beginning to the end of my stay i was welcomed and treated nicely and the amnesties were very nice. You can find a pool a jacuzzi on both side of the rooftop as well as gym and a beautiful view up there! Make sure to catch a sunrise its amazing one side of the roof also has a restaurant and the other side has lots of sitting chairs and tables. That location is very good because it’s nearby a mall and lots of local food stops and 7/11 so you have an easy access to all of that. The room has a mini fridge, tv, a good AC, lots of lighting options, a small balcony, water boiler, a counter with drawers etc. There is also an elevator for those asking ! Parking lot available also. Anyways i recommend anyone in bangkok trying this place out, I’ll be back for sure!

Siamo stati bene in questo hotel, il personale carino e disponibile. Ha una terrazza con sala colazione e ristorante molto graziosa anche la piscina non e' male. I dintorni un po' degradati ma posizione comunque comoda . Positivissimo
