Hotel is very nice and staff are very good as well! The A/C worked very well And have great food options at location. Area is very busy so at times can be hard to get a taxi so plan ahead for delays. The traffic is Bangkok in general so not something that would stop me from going here again.

Love the location, across the road is the Terminal 21 big shopping mall, 7-11 next door, stayed in family suite so have access to the executive lounge, love the happy hour drinks even kids enjoy the drinks and refreshments. The cons for the family suite, the kids room is quite warm even when we maxed out the aircon, the toilet area is quite smelly, I don’t think it was cleaned properly, still can smell pee a bit, water pressure not the best, complete vanity is provided.

Great location near the metro, shopping mall and close to lots of bars and restaurants. The rooms were immaculate. My hotel room was soundproof and I couldn’t hear anything outside of the room which is great for a good night sleep. as a solo female traveller, I felt very safe in this hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Property is old and dated...our room had leaking air conditioning vents with water getting everywhere. The pool was also closed during our stay whick is a bit of inconvenience in Bangkok's heat. The staff and service was brilliant and ever so gracious.

Hilton Bangkok Grande Asoke is situated just opposite the Terminal 21 mall with a lot of dining options. It is also just a 4 min walk to the BTS station and malls like Emporium are just one station away. Rooms are spacious & the staff is very courteous. Breakfast buffet is ok.

Very friendly and helpful front desk and concierge service, especially Gam who always had time to assist with any questions we had. The ladies were amazing with their level of care and very prompt laundry service and the breakfast on offer was excellent and it was always a pleasure to be greeted by Joy and her lovely smile. After a busy day seeing the sights of Bangkok, we looked forward to relaxing in Inblu Bar and appreciated the friendliness and level of service that Aof, Jane and Aun provided for us along with Abbhishek from Room Service

We had a wonderful time staying at the Hilton Bangkok Grande Asoke. The staff are very friendly and the service amazing especially Gam at Reception. The staff at InBlu Bar & Terrace are fantastic and provide exceptional service and make great cocktails. A special mention for Aof and Jane who looked after us and gave us good conversation and a laugh. The Flourworx cafe has great desserts and a small menu offering something for everyone and which is also the room service menu. We will definitely be staying here again.
