Great value for the area of Bangkok. It’s not the fanciest property around, but definitely clean and comfortable. For the price I thought it was great. The staff was helpful and friendly. If your the type that leaves your hotel in the morning and don’t return until it’s time for bed this is the place for you.

The hotel room blacked out few times during the stay. The air-conditioning is not really working, even we had switched on and off few times at the lowest temperature.

Hotel was at the corner of nowhere so is almost impossible to grab or cab to the place. Easiest way is to alight at Baiyoke Sky Hotel and walk in. But there are lots of food and shopping around so is very convenient. But staff are not very friendly, no smile or anything. One day when we went back to our room after a long day, the room was filled with cigarettes smoke smell. All our clothes and stuff are stained with the smell. It was super unbearable. We went to request for a room change, but the staff looks super pissed and mumbled in Thai saying that we are troublesome. Originally, he only offered to spray some air freshener for us, but we insist on a room change. Not coming back for the next time...

pros: hotel was clean, food was fair, great location. cons: the queen room we booked was unavailable when we checked in. we were given a twin room. next morning we went out at 9 am came back to hotel at 12pm and still our room was unavailable. so they gave us an option to stay at windowless queen room. hotel needs to train their reception staff to engage with customers in a polite manner. all other staff including room service doormen were fantastic and polite.

i booked 3 rooms, 2 of the connecting rooms were ok. Unfortunately another room gave me a very very bad experience. Through out the whole 4 nights, l being changing the room due to the Air Cond problem. I m tired of it.

Hotel staff are rude and unhelpful. They ignore guests and pretend to be busy when you want yo ask something. Rooms are small and not very clean. I am very disappointed with this hotel. No toiletries in the toilet not even toilet paper (tissue). No choices of food for breakfast. Everyday there was rice, stew, and half cooked eggs and toast. Ended up eating out every morning. Hotel location is great. Between markets and walking distance to many malls in the area.

Great location right where I wanted at pratunam
Convenient to most of the place I wanted to go, but my cab wasn’t able to drive in to pick me and my family because it’s located in a small walking alley. Still one of the hotel I would like to stay again.

Hotel is so so only. Breakfast has not much choices, sunny side egg, pork/chicken sausage for everyday. But the location is good, pratunam market, platinum mall, central world just few minute walking distance. Is convenient for shopaholic.

Prepare to wait for your additional request
Requested for a roller bed upon making the booking online. However, came to the hotel to realised that the room is not ready and they need time to add the roller bed in. We waited for 30 mins in the lobby instead of the 10 mins assured by the hotel staff.

bad services hotel
I have stayed at this hotel few times, the service is worse than once, the bad attitude guy at might night counter, we requirement of hair dryer few times they keep said no more...and the toilet is very dirty, next time will not consider this hotel again...very disappointed

Could have been better
It was located at the end of alley. Room size is quite decent but maintenance is really poor, room is dimmed, toilet tiles are molding and floor was very slippery (probably used too much detergent). Reception does not accept card for deposit, only cash.

Hotel is located at the end of alley. Not so recommended especially for ladies. Room is basic and WITHOUT WINDOWS. This has not been mentioned in the website.

Comfortable stay with a lot of local food
The hotel location is not easier to find and there isn’t a road for taxis or car to go the main lobby. Nearby the hotel a lot of local food from morning to night and good massage places.

I paid extra 700 Baht for early check in. But provided room was so small, AC was not working. Requesting them to send someone to check AC, they didn't send anyone. After around 16.00 they changed room.

Convenient hotel
The staff not as accomodating as i expected. The room size was big but had to tell staff to make room up coz they didnt clean the 1st day. Towels wete worn out. Shower becomes hot even when put in cold. Very convenient coz in heart of pratunam. Dont expect much if u want to stay here.

Pretty decent hotel in heart of batering markets
Decnet hotel in heart of bankok for what u pay. Big rooms, nice hot shower. Downsides, whilst location was great it proved difficult to find for many taxi drivers. My advice if u stay here, direct taxi drivers to Bayoke hotel which is a big sky scraper hotel just about a 3 min walk from Gateway. Also breakfast spread ok, not fantastic and small selection but nice food for what they had. Big downside. Wifi was terrible in rooms despite having a router right outside our room, kept dropping out and was near impossible to get unless in lobby. Also there were no windows in our room so made getting up in mornings a bit difficult and stuffed with the body clock a bit. Plus sides however are location, being in an ally is great for no noise, staff are friendly and its right in heart of a market place with winding allys of food and shopping with quite good prices. You also will find a multitude of taxis an tuk tuks right out of the little ally. Also the best foot massage/hairdresser opposite the hotel and up about 20 m. 1hr foot for 200b and it was amazing. Little family owned an run. All in all not a bad hotel. Offer more breakfast options and fix wifi and id stay again.

still my choice of hotel over the decade
for the past 10 years, the hotel still my choice near baiyoke. the hotel at lowest price offer with free breakfast. the hotel walking distance to baiyoke and pratunam. the hotel surrounded by night market, hawker stalls, money changer, and massage center. you need some walking to get cheaper taxi to airport... p/s: taxi to dm airport is only 230 baht (tol incl.)

not a good choice hotel, but cheap.
The hotel is hard to find even the taxi driver had a hard time to find it, The room is very small, can't use telephone for call anywhere, breaking is ok not great, The only good thing is the staff is really good and very helpful.

Very close to Pratunam Market
The staff there is very friendly, food ok also and the hotel is very close to Pratunam Market, it just few step out of the hotel. But the cleanliness is not so good, there is dust on the phone and the glass have sticky material likes syrup on it.
