Position suited us. Facilities were a little bare, but it was clean. Entry to lifts is only from the basement [serviced by a flight of stairs down]

Hotel location are good. Airport bus A3 from DMK to Pratunam, just walk 5 min to hotel. Room were no window & there is no internal door lock. Feel unsecured, if others open door from outside, can easily to come in to room.

Overall is okay
Overall condition is quite good. Near to pratunam market and platinum mall. Just the sound proof is bad. Every morning woken up by the noise created by hitel staff.

Very convenient area if you like to shop at the whole sales mall , overall is ok, beside the shower water is very slow , i got a long hair so I can’t wash my hair with the slow water .

Not so recommend for this hotel. It's really noisy can hear the loud voice from outside when people walking and talking. If you cannot accept sleeping have voice disturb really dun consider .

Superb Location for those who intend to shop.
Overall, the stay in this hotel is pleasant. Receptionist is very detailed as she briefed us very thoroughly on the basic information without being asked. The location is superb especially for those who intend to shop till you drop, more so for ladies' wear.

Book only if you want a budget stay for the locati
Good location, opposite platinum mall. I book for 4 rooms & the furnish in my room is already dirty/spoil even though the hotel is still new. Thin wall which you can hear almost everything next door. There are drilling going on EVERYDAY which make the whole level very noisy & dusty. There is sewage smell for 1 of the rooms which we request to have it change. Bed was really hard which make it uncomfortable to sleep. My advise is to only book this hotel unless you are on a tight budget if not pls spend a little more for a more comfortable stay.

Pungent Smell at the Lobby & in the Room
There was a pungent smell at the lobby as well as in the room, no air-con install at the lobby too! Bed was hard & we are having a hard time trying to sleep... Simple breakfast, something like bed & breakfast type, not fantastic. Room we've booked was without a window, this made the room smell stale & pungent. One of the toilet lights was twitching without repair. The walls are thin, we can hear people talking either outside or next to our room... But the location was good as it was near to the Pratunam market & Platinum Mall on the opposite side. Management should do something about it.

The location was perfect for us who really wanted to shop at the Platinum Mall. What was lacking in this hotel was really Security. There was no one to man the elevators so anyone shopping at the building basement could easily go up to our room. The fire exits were also locked from our floor and that was really very scary. Also note that there are no windows in the rooms and the breakfast was the same every morning. We were lucky there were fastfood shops within walking distance from the hotel.

Pro : Location is very strategy for shopping ppl, is just right in front of platinum mall. Midnight receiptionist is so friendly. Me and my friend like her so much. Con: For cleaness wise, first day i reached the room was dusty like didnt clean it for few months. The bed is very very hard like sleeping on the floor.

Pretty good location if you don’t mind not having a grand lobby. A flight of steps to conquer if you’ve done some shopping and needs to haul your luggage back up the stairs to the Main Street. City complex is pretty much a wholesalers mall. So can’t expect too much. Overall was pretty good for a place to sleep.

Unpleasant experience
As were driving, we took almost 2 hours to find the car park as the botique is under a building hence they do not have their own parking facility. The staff wasn’t of much help when we called them. It was tough as they may not understand what we were saying. We had breakfast included in our stay, we came down at 9am, the breakfast was horrible to the extend that they didn’t even refill the empty plates. There were only slices of bread, 2 yogurts left and cereals. Heard other guests complaining as well and even telling the staff but they can’t be bothered. It was a horrible and unpleasant stay definitely.

The hotel is very new. It is just opposite to Platinum mall which is very very convenient. Hotel provide drinking water and toiletries. Room is very very big, aircon is working fine. However, the bed is a bit hard and the room walk is quite thin can hear people talking and walking at the corridor. Check-in and out is a bliss. Room rate is very reasonable too. Will come back again!

Everything is very good. Nice hotel because its very new. Service was excellent as all the staffs can speak english very well. Very2 nice locations for shoppings and the room is big. What makes me dissapointed is, we stay for 3 nights there but they never do a housekeeping for cleaning room even I already put the sign for cleaning at the door. They did say that I have to ask the staff for the cleaning room, but normally even the budget hotel would clean our room without we asking them. So it makes us so uncomfortable by staying in the mess of plastic bags that we shop. And no mineral drink topup for us to drink. The soundproof of the room is also not so comfortable to sleep as u can hear peoples talking and laugh very clear. Other that that, very2 satisfied for a price.

Staff were friendly and cleanliness was ok. Walls are very thin so you can hear conversations or footsteps outside your room. Bed was hard as well. Aircon filter was not clean so the room smelt like sewage. But for the price, it was ok.

Directly opposite Platinum Mall. Got a taxi line right outside Hotel. Check into a room with a clogged toilet. They changed it immediately for me. Thankful for that.

Bad experience upon check put.
We were asked and paid a top up of 500 Baht to upgrade to the same room for the last night of our stay only upon check out. We booked 2 night initially and booked another night in 2nd booking & managed to have hotel.com secret price for 2nd booking . We were not informed there was 2 different types room for this 2 booking and not advised need to top up and how much to top up to have same room during checked in.The room was new , clean and comfortable. Breakfast was goods and hotel location is excellent .

Location was great and it was super convient to get everywhere. Hotel was also very clean as it was new. Room was exact to photo other than the fact the bed was super hard. Overall a pleasant stay other than the following factors: Upon arrival, apparently there was a problem with my room’s toilet and i was asked to choose between a room I had paid for or a wayyy smaller room that wasnt worth my money. The check in process wasnt quick and smooth due to the room issue. Upon giving a initial feedback to expedia, the hotel replied to me rather harshly questioning my rating and that they have already allowed me to choose between the rooms. And the bed issue was tossed aside. It was ridiculous as i was told to choose between a room i paid for and a room that is of a lower grade. If you are only staying for a night or two this place would be perfect but definately not for long stays
