This was the most terrible experience in my whole life. I complained to the hotel manager (female, short hair with Poker face) but situation seemed get worse. She and her staff then blacklisted me via personal phone. I expressed my concern that the act is infringe of personal privacy and was unlawful. Her staff further shouted at me to ahead with my complaints specially on point 4 below. To go along with the hotel’s wishes, I hereby disclose my experience as follows: 1. Weak toilet flushing: After my first defecation, I immediately flushed it away. Then I cleaned my backside using minimal paper followed with second flush. However, due to the weak flushing system, all defecations from first flush returned, floated and filled with the whole toilet bowl. The situation was disgusting. I had to keep apologizing to the house keeper to clean the great mess. The hotel told me that guests should only threw away the toilet paper in the trash instead of inside the toilet. The hotel’s request was not reasonable nor hygienic. 2. Crecking sounds specially in the midnights: I complained of regular sudden and persistent crecking sounds coming from the kitchen area of my room specially in the midnights and that greatly affected my sleep. The complaints were ignored. In the second night, I video-taped the creaking sounds (See attached: 7 videos). The hotel then initiated to offer me to change to another room. 2nd time I booked a room at this hotel with Expedia and the 2nd time they couldn't find the booking. Nothing more frustrating after a day of traveling to arrive a the hotel and they don't have your booking. It took 15 minutes for them to find it. Same last time I booked here. No upgrade or VIP Gift offered even though it was stated it on the Expedia website.

It was close to transport but it was a little far out from most of the main tourist attractions. The hotel room was clean, tidy and well presented. The hotel was in a quiet area, which is good if you perfer peace & quiet compared to the noise of koh san road

For the money, it's excellent value. Only issue was the rugby scrum at breakfast. So busy. Food was ok. Nothing special, except the pandan custard which was yummy. Everything else was edible if you can fight your way through the crowds.

Convenient location
Check-in was easy and smooth. Right after checkout the hotel emailed me a survey of our stay. I shared a couple of inconvenient issues and the hotel apologized. I appreciate the hotel for reaching out for their customer’s feedback. I would definitely recommend the hotel for family stays but make sure to get the bigger rooms. Also request for extra towels at check-in since the norm for most low to mid priced hotels in Asia is two sets of towels per room no matter how many guests are staying in the room. Hotels.com upgraded me because of my upper tier status. Most of the staff is friendly and nice except for the desk manager. The location near the On Nut BTS train station and the Lotus Tesco mall is very convenient. Also there are four 7-11 convenience stores and massage salons nearby. One improvement I would recommend is to fix the self service washing machines in the laundry room. The washing machine is pre-set to warm and normal wash only. I wish that I was given the opportunity to select delicate and cold water wash cycle or some other modes to wash my clothes. Otherwise, we would consider re-booking at Cross Vibe when we come back to Bangkok again.

Excellent breakfast! I was upgraded to a superior room after four days which was nice. Cleaning staff were sometimes lazy and did not bother to clean the bathroom properly. Overall, it was a pleasing stay. The hotel has a self laundry service. They did not have a wine opener after hours which was a bit disappointing. The gym is nice and the onsen was nice but it is next to smelly urinals so, it was a bit unpleasant.

Modern with great facilities: used the pool/gym/onsen on a daily basis. Staff were friendly helpful at the reception , restaurant and spa. Love the location as it’s only a short walk to On Nut BTS. Housekeeping staff needs refreshment training. Used towels were taken away and not replaced or they were just left ok the floor….my used mugs were left on the coffee table for 3 days before someone decided to replace them

Hope can improve the shuttle services to every 10 mins while guests needed. Currently is every 30 mins. If you missed it then have to wait for 30 mins.

Location, staff, and 4K Cafe are superb!
I booked this hotel initially for the price. It was affordable and it was within my budget. A few days before coming here, I informed them that I won't make the 12 midnight check-in time because my flight arrives late. They replied back immediately and said it was no problem and they will reserve my room. I arrived at the hotel a little past midnight and was delighted that they even gave me an upgrade to a suite! That was very nice and generous of them. The room was superb and so spacious! Having lived here for 10 days, I enjoyed its proximity to the BTS station (On Nut), the nearby Lotus supermarket, and many restaurants. I even took the local bus to get to Khlong Toei market in front of the Lotus supermarket. It was very convenient. The staff is nice, polite and respectful. The food I had at 4K Cafe was excellent. Definitely get the pork satay with peanut sauce! So delicious! I can go on and on about how amazing this hotel is. A few cons: they need to fix the laundry room. More specifically the dryer. It took three 40-minute drying cycles for my clothes to dry. To sum it up, this hotel is amazing, and would definitely be coming back!

Definitely one of the best hotels in the On Nut / Sukhumvit area for the price effectiveness, location to supermarket and transport and also the breakfast options! The studio apartment provided was large and very comfortable - suitable for both leisure and business travellers. In addition, I was surprised by the wide range of options for breakfast, including an egg and noodle station with eggs and noodles cooked to order. Definitely will consider staying with this hotel again in the near future!

Great brilliant hotel where i will come back !
I cant find a bad things to say about this hotel. But there is a few things that could be done better...onsen is a great touch. But only till certain hours... theres once i went at 8 and they told me its closed because theres nobody inside...i wished its 24 hours. Especially after a long night shopping...walking..or partying we get to soak at a proper onsen instead of a bath tub.. Room is great but it could be even better with a few more lights or lamp around to make it brighter at night ... lastly.. the cupboard door were a lil too sharpy.. i accidentally bang my head when the cupboard is open ..on it edges and it was bleeding last night... other than that. Breakfast spread were good. I was at this hotel for about 9 nights. Everything repeated itself within 3 days.. and i got bored and went outside for other options... Lastly for sure I would come back even though theres some flaws that could be better.. we learnt and listens from mistakes and change for better!! THANK YOU X2 CROSS VIBE TEAM FOR HAVING ME AND MY PALS!! SEE YOU AGAIN JAY!! YOU MAKE MY HOLIDAY GREAT!
