best accommodation for the first trip of the year throughout my stay from 11-14 January 2024! the staff are very helpful and friendly! the Ikigai spa was very good too!! just that they should indicate to have 5000BHT deposit upon arrival. but will surely recommend to others!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Craftsman. The breakfast options were all very tasty and the service provided at the restaurant was above and beyond. Just a note to the reception staff, while working in the coworking space we noticed a few times staff were very sick and coughing a lot with no masks on. It prob best to leave the area to have continuous coughing fits with covid and flu etc. Another note for guests is to keep in mind this is a popular "instagram/tiktok hotel so you do unfortunately experience a lot of people just taking hundreds of photos of themselves in the environment, but it is 2024 ...... The room is nice and clean but small, and the bathroom doors seem a bit redundant as they are just one glass roller door that doesnt close fully. The music from the cafe can be heard from your room and one night there was an influencer event which was pretty loud, and the attendees enjoyed the free alcohol, got pretty rowdy all hours of the morning! The gym is nice, big and clean. The pool is very long and refreshing but again popular for insta pics (and not swimming in hahahahha) But overall we did enjoy our time its in a great location walking distance to everything and we will be stating again this year.

My stay in Craftsman was ok. Unfortunately when I went the weather was 35 Celsius everything even in December. So I walked 15min to the BTS stations, which can be inconvenient. But the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I also had some wifi connection issues, but the staff resolved that quickly.

The staff were friendly. I like that they had a Tut Tut service to the train station though I didn’t use it. The room was well stocked with items a traveler may have forgotten like a toothbrush. Nice touch.

Pests aside, it's a nice place.
Ants. And more ants. And yet more ants. In the bed. On the bed. On the desk, on the walls, and coming out of the Aircon unit. The room was otherwise clean but this killed it for me. I couldn't get comfortable, and didn't see why I had to, given it is supposed to be a 4-star facility. Really disappointed. That aside, The staff were amazing, friendly, helpful, and kind. Nice pool, but noisy bar that goes on late into the night.

Funky, nice, boutique style … lovely Pool. Arrival staff excellent but Departure staff a bit difficult eg reluctant to summon a Meter-Taxi. Also a problem was inability to charge Bar costs to the Hotel bill.

I have a mixed review for my stay. There were some great things about this hotel. I thought the vibe was quite hip, the staff were generally all nice and helpful, and the food on the menu was generally good and high quality, but in the second day of my stay I woke up to cigarette smoke coming out of the ventilation in my room. When I called the front desk, I didn’t really get the impression that they cared or even believed me, nor did they ask to come to my room to investigate. Their first solution was to offer the cleaners to come and spray the room to make it smell better, but this wasn’t a solution in my opinion. Instead, I offered to go to breakfast and leave the windows open with the AC off and see if it naturally improved by the time i got back. After breakfast it hadn’t improved. At that point I asked the hotel to send someone to check. And they confirmed the cigarette smell and eventually offered to switch my room after I insisted. This situation bothered me as they initially didn’t care to do much to solve the problem, or even confirm there was one, and I had to go out of my way to get them to sort it out. In the end they put me in a new room and left me a nice apology note with a fruit plate upon my arrival. Overall, some good and some bad with my stay. I would rate them 4 stars overall and would generally recommend them, but just hope you don’t have the same cigarette ventilation problem I did. The room with the cigarette smell was 111.

The air-con is very good. The porters are very friendly and helpful. The shower is still flooding after getting help from the receptionist. The internet breaks off frequently☹️: require to log in over and over again. Should start to bleach the towels as they are getting grey and old.
