The crappy hotel so called convenient
Didn’t get the type of room I booked. Charged me for break fast. Shuttle was more expensive than a luxury car. Everyone was just in trying to make money out of us. I requested to make a short phone call n the staff gave me her mobile and charged me 20 bath for one minute. The overall staffs were so rude and unfriendly. The foods were no good but I was charged more than the one written on menu. I would never go to that hotel again. Nothing is convenient.

Staff wss was friendly place was clean but room was sparse. What irked me the most was the front desk refu sed to give me a printed copy of the receipt because I made my booking through Expedia.

Only needed a bed for the night to recover from a long flight.Didnt expect much dor the price BUT i expected it to be at least clean! Bathroom had hairs on the floor & tapa hadnt been cleaned. Would not stay here again

Garbage hotel with garbage staff!
Terrible place with terrible service! I paid for breakfast they said I could jot have it because I checked din 1 hour early...BUT they CHARGED me 100baht for that 1 hour early! On top of this the staff treated me like a "dirty foreigner" talikgm down to me and asnwering questions like I was stupid. I'm in your country paying you for crappy service and on top your going to treat me even worse? The hotel is also NOT at all how the pictures show...they make it seem pretty and modern but this place is so old, under cared for and looks as if they just want to trap tourists and do jot care. I called down and asked where to get hot water for coffee and they said; "go to a coffee shop or convenience store Mr. we no have" and then hung up. Despicable waste of money stay far far away from this place!

We have booked a total of 6 rooms, all for twin beds, but when we get there, they demanded that we have to pay 400 Baht extra. They said our deal is only with Expedia and they do not honour it. Well, I use Expedia's service and we have to pay additional charges. If you do not refund me the 400 Baht x 6 rooms, I really do not have any confidence in booking through Expedia.

Our 2-bed room was not available and they made us pay an additional 300 Baht for a 4-bed room. Then we ended up in a 2-bed room. Very confusing. Basically, they hustled $10 out of us. The place also has very moldy smell

Terrible motel with terrific staff. Always try scam, 5 min drive from airport required extra 200 baht each time, blanket was to pay extra, reception teasing like this is Thailand bot your home country. All the bad words finished, no more to say.

Avoid at all costs
We were already at the airport and wanted to book a hotel for a couple of hours between flights for a shower and snooze. In error - we did not add our child to the booking - however the price for the room for was the same for two people or three people. Upon checking in at the hotel - we were asked for a 1000 Baht key deposit. We had no Thai currency on us so they asked for a passport as security. They then realised we had a child and wanted an extra 500 Baht for the additional person. We explained that we would not be spending the night - but just wanted the room for a few hours and asked if the fee for the extra person could be waived. They insisted on the extra payment and would not agree to us taking in in turns to go shower in the room. To cut a long story short, I explained my story to the Hotels.com agent, who tried calling the hotel herself to (unsuccessfully) ask them to waive the extra person fee. By this stage, it had gone past a reluctance to pay 500 Baht -and between dealing with an aggressive hotel manager and a genuine fear that my passport would not be returned - we opted to leave the hotel and walk to the hotel next door. My husband and child, who briefly make it as far as the room, reported that the room was small, appeared dirty and the shower was more of a wet room over the toilet. The hotel looks WAY better in the pics compared to reality. In hindsight should have payed a little more to stay at the Paragon - where we stayed on the way into Bangkok. Avoid!

As the name states...”Convenient”, and that is a big plus. I have been staying here overnight , waiting for next day flights, for many years, and never had a problem. The shuttle service is no longer free, but 200 baht “about six US dollars” is still cheaper and more reliable than a taxi. It’s a real bargain, but it is not luxury.

This hotel is absolute garbage and they are not honest or reliable. We had to pay an extra 500 baht for literally no reason. They also DO NOT provide free airport shuttle, you have to pay 200 baht for it. Which is garbage. The staff were yelling at my friend and had no respect for us whatsoever. Would highly NOT recommend.

Everything was good apart from the fact that I had paid for the breakfast that I couldn't have. According to the staff, I needed to stay overnight and have the breakfast the next morning which is a bit silly and inconvenient as my stay was only for 12 hours and I checked in at 7am. I wasn't going to stay overnight just so I could have breakfast the next day. If I had known this then I wouldn't have paid for the breakfast while making the booking.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE !!

Rude staff!
I would never stay here again. The front desk staff and restaurant staff were incredibly rude. Location is good so they are probably in business still because of that. Our bathroom ceiling was leaking and I'm sure it was not a new leak. Avoid this place!

I have booked with expedia 3 rooms , 2 rooms with single bed and 1 room with double bed, upon arrival I only accommodate to 3 rooms with single bed. This is dissappointing. The Workers are Okay but it seems some time they are very arrogant and rude in their language. No piliteness maybe...

Only needed hotel for one night. Requests not fulfilled: Airport pickup, extra pillows. Told i had to pay 200 Bahts to go back to airport. The manager told me I had to leave a 1000 Baht deposit with him for the key and any breakage that might occur or my passport. No breakfast although I paid for it. Leaking faucet, broken curtains. Bed not very comfortable.

Hotel has big rooms with balcony. Good WiFi and very helpful hotel staff. Restaurant has very good food too. I love staying here when I come to Thailand. Close to airport and away from all the noise.

DO NOT STAY AT COVENIENT RESORT.
Convenient resort is old and dirty. The staff is rude and is constantly looking for ways to steal extra money for you. The airport shuttle is supposed to be free. I had to pay 200 baht in advance for the shuttle. Then when I was ready to go to the airport, the shuttle wouldn’t leave unless he had other guests who would also pay. When I asked to go since no other guests were ready, they wanted me to pay another 200 baht. Again, the airport shuttle is supposed to be free! This place is a disgusting rip off. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else.

Definitely off the path...
Well we arrived very very late, location was down a dark road, kinda scary.. check in was fine... hotel room was just okay also. Beds were very hard... balcony was very dirty. TV didn't work.. The next morning I never seen one other guest. Which I though was a little odd. And it took over 15 min for a taxi to show... not the best experience.

EVERYTHING AS PROMISED
THE HOTEL FOR WHAT THEY CHARGED WAS EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. CLEAN, COMFORTABLE BUT BASIC, EVERYTHING WORKED A LARGE ROOM SERVICE MENU AND HOURLY BUS SERVICE TO THE AIRPORT. I WILL STAY THERE AGAIN

Not so Convenient
Had a really bad experience at this hotel. We wanted something close to the airport so we could easily fly in and out of Bangkok. The hotel was derelict; very outdated, broken down, and little to no amenities. The night before our flight, the front-desk attendant asked when we would like the shuttle to the airport and we specified a time (10-10:15). She said this would be no problem as we could go anytime. The next morning (around 9:35), we were all packed and ready to go and decided we would like to go to the airport early. At that time we were told that the shuttle only runs on the half-hour mark. We asked if any other guests were booked to go at 10:30 and the staff said no. We asked if we could go earlier so we wouldn't miss our flight. The staff told us no. Additionally, when it was finally 10:30 and we were close to missing our check-in time, the driver refused to leave because the clock on the wall in the hotel said that it was only 10:27, even though other cellular devices (which go on global clocks) said 10:30. Overall we had a really bad experience here.
