Great service
We came 2 hours earlier than check in time, hotel staff went out of their way finding rooms for us. We were given rooms with balcony and a beautiful view at a high floor. Great service.

I had a great stay, and enjoyed the fitness room. Sadly, on my last night, I ate some beef that gone bad at the 9th floor bar. At the time, I thought it was just a different blend of spices. But it turned into full blown food poisoning. Terrible way to finish such a nice stay.

I love the swimming pool, so comfortable, big enough (no crowd when i was there), and there’s a sparkling lights at night which as beautiful as stars. For the room: spacious for me, my husband and 1 toddler. But i dont like the towel. Looks old, the color is faded, the yarn is not neat. Hopefully its clean LOL. Anyway, breakfast menu was amazing. Lots of choices with good tastes as well. The staffs were so friendly. I dont have any problem during check in and out. Overall almost perfect, the problem is just the towel. Wish you can change it soon to the new one.

Good location and excellent service
Great location easy access to Lembang. Staff were excellent and extremely polite. We would stay here again. The views from the restaurant and bar on the top floor are great. The hotel also has heated pool-yes Bandung can be cool.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in worldwide Staff at hotel from reception to porters to restaurant staff to welcoming staff at front door were by far the friendliest ever encountered anywhere Personal things done by the hotel gave such a good impression like the welcoming chocolates and fruit, midweek surprise cake brought to room wishing us a nice day, checking out gifts thanking us for out stay Fantastic room with balcony with great view over pool Highly recommend this hotel to anyone

Overall it was a great stay. Heated pool and breakfast was great, lots of options and was tasty too. Friendly staff and good service. Will stay here again if we ever back in Bandung :)

Check in friendly with welcome drink. Hotel lobby great with lovely setting of furniture and sofa. Room location given a bit far from lift. Room clean, modern and bed comfortable. A good night rest and sleep in the room. Breakfast lots of choices. Great swimming pool for kids. Place to shop / shopping, a bit far from main town for general shopping. But near to Rumah Mode (branded factory outlet) and Farm House (sightsee). Thus if shopping focus to Rumah Mode, a good location as shopping based.

Rude front desk guy, needs training
Stayed here for a week. There is one rude front desk guy (just one guy, the rest are pretty nice). It’s very unfortunate for a hotel with excellent facility to present one guy that cant keep the standard. They definitely should do better training of their staffs to ensure good customer’s experience.

Nice hotel but room is too dark
Nice hotel overall. But room is too dark personally to me. Hotel is quite far away from convenient store as well. Generally difficult to access to many places by walking. On the good side, the hotel has a nice swimming pool. Hotel staff are very friendly. Hotel lobby very comfortable to be at. Also had a free upgrade from superior room to deluxe with pool view. Thank you Grand Mercure. Hotel staff also assisted us by booking a taxi for me when i had to go to the hospital because i was ill. Thank you to the staff that were on duty.

My personal experience staying at this hotel.
Most hotel guest are locals with families. Very noisy. Swimming pool crowed and breakfast crowed as well, Breakfast food is also not appetizing. Perhaps, it's a weekend where many locals from other parts of Indonesia coming for a weekend stay, I don't think this hotel is good for business travelers. It is more for weekend holidays for the locals.

Very pleasant and effecient staff.
The service at the hotel is excellent. Very fast and effecient sraff who are very firndly and ready to serve. In particular Melyanti who went the extra mile to keep coming to our table to ask if all is fine and even offered to take the food for us! That was the first! On the whole we had a fantastic time for 5 days and 6 nights.

Not recommended
Considerably quite new hotel but the condition is not very well maintain. The toilet design is not very thoughtful hence the floor is wet most of the time. The window lock were broken hence it can't really insulate noise. This hotel may not be a good choice as it has only one access and the traffic is very very bad. The good things are nice staff and quite unique Swimming pool floor. It may not worth the money I suppose.

Hotel was fantastic. We are customer of the day and they upgrade us to suites room. Which is amazing. The only tinf is the lighting inaide the room and on the hall its pretty dark for my liking. Thats the only negative for me.

Great place to enjoy Bandung from
The hotel's location along Jalan Setiabudi has its pros and cons. Its quiet surrounding lends the hotel a wonderful ambience, particularly in the evenings. However, commute to and from the city centre can become a nightmare as the single road gets clogged up with vehicles very easily and quickly. My advice to would-be stayers is to give yourself some extra time (~1 hour) to accommodate the traffic congestion. The hotel itself is brand-new and it has a nice, peaceful vibe that gives it an environment conducive for rest. Check-in and check-out was quick and very well done, and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The heated pool is a nice place to unwind.

Good location if you're heading into the hills. Ot
Rooms were fine, but the service was quite poor. Could never get the operator, room service or the dedicated service line to answer calls. Room service took forever to arrive. Only provided a single hand towel for double occupancy rooms. The room doors do not close automatically, and sometimes not completely. Rooms overlooking the pool area can be quite loud. The breakfast buffet NEVER changes - it gets quite limiting after 2 days, never mind one week. Breakfast is served until 10am, but they start to shut off the coffee machines and clear the buffet around 9:50, so eat quick if you slept late. The hotel seems to cater to corporate functions, which means the public spaces can be overrun at all hours of the day (and night) - there were at least 2 such groups during our 1-week stay, and the second was large enough that it blew out the seating capacity of the coffee shop.

Fabulous heated swimming pool at Mercure Banding
We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. Buffet breakfast were decent. They have plenty choices including Indonesian meals. The heated swimming pool is fabulous. Keep you warm in cooler climate of Bandung (Lembang). The room is great and good bed too. Check in was smooth and fast and we got guava juices upon arrival. Great stay in overall.
