Bathroom was very bright and clean although the basin had a crack in it and the water pressure was very poor. Comfortable bed but one bedside lamp was out. Fridge was an excellent size for self-caterers but no cutlery or plates, probably because they have a restaurant on site.
Competition for parking spaces because of two-storey layout. Woken up by tradies with diesel utes setting out at 6.45. Good value and an indoor pool is an added feature.
Pool was advertised as a main part of staying there. But it was unusable. The parking was chaotic. Having R/Arthritis etc. we need our car parked outside our door not having to choose a spot from any of the 30 odd parks. The staff were very helpful.
Staying in Ballarat was a last minute decision and I was lucky to find a room here. I was made very welcome and the upgrade to ground floor room was very much appreciated after having driven over 700km in 9 hours.
The room was spacious and spotless and the bed very comfortable.
The only thing missing was some milk. I expect some would have been provided if I had gone to the office and asked but I had some with me and was tired so used my own.
I hope to stay here again soon as I'm a frequent visitor to Ballarat.
Our room was clean and tidy, perfect size for our stay. The heated pool was a nice way to unwind after a long drive.

Overall the room was excellent, bed was very comfortable, however the Electric Blanket only worked on one side, disappointing when you come back feeling cold and have to get into a COLD bed. Also it would be good to have a plug in the hand basin !!
Make sure to take your own plates/bowls and cutlery.
There is microwave, toaster and mini fridge - but kino fridge doesn't get overly cold.... and it was on 2 degrees
