Okay hotel
the hotel is okay nothing too special- Bed really goo thou! Staff was really nice and helpful - Cleaning in the room was just okay- as a couple we were only given 1 towel! waited more than 30 minutes to get some more! Lovely BBQ dinner at the hotel pool- No shopping at all near the hotel need a taxi to get to the mall-

The building is not well prepare become a hotel yet, the material is easily to be broken, not a nice choice Many fascilitity tend to be diminished caused by the quality of the material Me & my wive only got one soap, sandal, card key, tooth brush, mean while others hospitality should be pair of them The material, start from equipment in the bathroom is already broken, shower, hair dryer, the wall The service, well they avoid to give key card, sandal, etc.... made this hotel worsening Compared other hotels in the same sweet room? Well I don’t think so Please make a better solution !

I also thank you for your feedbacks, however, I could not find your profile in our PMS to enable our tam to fully follow up your feedbacks. For your info that we provide 2 room keys for twin bed, 2 slippers ,two toothbrushes, and two soaps in the room. If our staff failed to complete them in the room, they can be requested at free of charge and our team will be more than happy to provide them. For the room key, as long as there is enough deposit, our Front desk agent will be happily to provide you the additional keys. We do apologize not to be fully able to resolve the situation due to I don’t have your details clearly. No more stay at Swiss Bell Balikpapan
Saat itu check in sekitar jam 6 pm, Minggu 16/12/18. Yang menyebalkan, dalam kondisi lelah setelah penerbangan dari Jkt, diterima petugas front desk sdri. Vientani Indo yang SANGAT TIDAK FRIENDLY alias jutek. Saya pesan room on line ukuran tempat tidur king size. Enak saja, sama Vientani mau dikasih kamar yg twin, alasannya yang King size sudah full. Saya bilang pada dia: "saya pilih hotel ini hari ini karena yang King size masih available. Kalau tidak ada, saya tidak akan pilih hotel ini". Dengan wajahnya yang tetap jutek, dan pura2 sibuk, akhirnya dia bilang, room nya available, without any apologize or smiling. Jadi, kita harus tetap ngotot untuk memperoleh HAK kita. No more to stay at this hotel, even though its pool and sauna is great. I will not recommend to stay this hotel, unless the hotel management may able to train their front desk staff (especially Vientani Indo) to become more friendly to their guest.

キングサイズベッドで予約したのに、シングル2つの部屋をあてがわれた。 追加料金を支払った意味が無くなったに等しい。 また、客室にタオルがなかったので持ってくるように頼んだが、1時間半くらい待たされた。 この間、顔すら洗うことができなかった。3度もフロントに電話する羽目になったが、全く効果はなかった。 人手不足なのか知らないが、チェックインしたのは夕方だし、そもそもタオルが無いのはホテル側の落ち度なのだからすぐ対応して欲しかった。 テレビ脇のチャンネル対応表も無茶苦茶で、全く当てにならない。 ユースホステルでももうちょっとましなサービスができてると思う。 隣のショッピングセンターは、前評判通りほぼ空き家。ドーナツチェーンのJcoと、インドネシア料理のファストフード的な店が1軒だけ営業していた。

problematic logistically
Local area - The location of the hotel is poor. The area is being redeveloped and there is a lot of construction. My taxi driver didn't know where it was and only by asking many questions and with extensive use of the internet did we find it. As a transit point (ie a place to sleep before going elsewhere it is fine )

Good locations and nice sea view.
I always felt at home whenever to check in to SwissBel-Hotel Balikpapan because everyone in the Hotel make you feel welcome and greet you whenever they see you.

Homely and Comfortable Place to Stay
This Hotel is still the best for me after staying in most of the Hotel in Balikpapan. I find this Hotel on its own is well kept, housekeeping of the areas are clean and maintained at all times.

Genieten en laten verzorgen
Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam hotelpersoneel. Uitgebreid heerlijk ontbijt, gevarieerd en voor ieder wat wils.

가격 대비 깔끔한 스위스벨 호텔
스위스벨 호텔은 어느 지역에서 머물더라도 항상 깔끔한 객실 청결도와 서비스를 자랑하는거 같다. 특히 이곳은 다른 지역의 스위스벨 호텔 대비 조식이 더 잘나와서 좋았다.

Great stay in Swissbel.
Overall is good but lift is slow for a 4 star hotel. Cold shower is too low but hot water is too high!
