Excellent hotel
Very professional and friendly staff. Lovely pool I very much enjoyed my stay here and the good reviews are completely accurate. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

No respond for pick-up service at Sepinggan airpor
I like the room, was excellent and wifi was OK too. Shuttle service was bad. I left the message for pick-up service at the airport. No confirmation, no phone call and nothing although I had asked for pick-up service. You better not promise if you can't do it. Don't let your customer disappointed.
