"У нас был поздний заезд (в 5 утра).Приходим на рецепцию -нам заявляют -мы вас не ждали,но пока поселим в свободный номер,завтра переселим в более просторный (мы бронировали номер фемили)-ок.Далее был завтрак (отдельная песня),затем нас переселяют с оговоркой, что не видят нашего бронирования :), хотя сумму за проживание называют из нашей брони.Нам был предоставлен более просторный номер, но не сьют (фемили), который мы изначально бронировали...Далее по процедуре оплаты-можно картой? -Конечно...

"I booked a double room with a king size bed,they give me a single room. Horrible facilities,everything is dirt inside the room. Shower doesn't work. When I did the check out they wanted charge me again because they not found my payment online. Completely a mess. It's not a HOTEL,is a flat and they rent the rooms."
