The room was old but clean. However there was no hot water for the shower for the two days we stayed. Also simple things such as a soap dish in the shower would have been helpful

I was given a room in the first floor wich was more like a basement. The humidity smell was awful. The table stand was all rusty, the two chairs legs were also rusty. To be honest I have slept in motel rooms better than that. Only in an emergency I'll rent a room at this place.

Very nice small hotel. The room was large and comfortable. Beautiful lobby. Hair salon, pizza joint, and pool on site. I didn’t like that walls seem to be very thin and the noise from the other room was clearly in mine. The last night I spent there, couldn’t fall asleep until pass 3:00am. The people next to my room were either having a party or drinking and were so loud. They were just talking and laughing. There was no guest phone in my room. Besides that, I loved it and would return for another stay in the future.

Marco's pizza shop there was awesome even if it was extremely American. It was extremally convenient, very good tasting, decent friendly service, and a fair price. One youngish man at the front desk helped me find Cano Tiburones Nature Reserve. That was extremely valuable because I would not have found it otherwise. Greg Allen

Upgraded to the new renovated rooms on the ground floor. The older rooms were too noisy. The staff was very friendly and switch our room. Thank you to Kenny at the front desk and his supervisor.

You have to wait until they wash your used towels to receive them again. Unbelievable! They provide only one soap, so you have to move it from the shower to the sink. Pillows are in need to be replaced long time ago.

Our stay at this hotel was not pleasant. The room we had was really small which we expected but furniture was really old and outdated. The bed was somewhat caved in and very uncomfortable to sleep on. The ac was leaking water on to the night stand and side of the bed. The bathroom to me was the worst. The shower head was old and broken spraying water everywhere it was really small in the stand up shower that I can barely move to scrub myself clean. Above the shower, tile was off which leaves a gap in the ceiling which is concerning. There was only 2 outlets to use in the whole room, one in bathroom and one plug to use in the bedroom. Walls are really thin and you can hear other peoples conversations. I know you get what you pay for, but this hotel is in a really good area and it has so much potential if properly managed It definitely needs remodeling and such.

I had reserved a Delux 2 bed room. We arrived early before check in and I had called to see if I can do early check in and they charged me almost $33. They had us from room to room because all the roomed showed to us were so outdated, smelled bad, no windows and no ventilation , just horrible all around. Finally , we were able to see the original room that we had and the room was decent. No windows, no ventilation, small. I made a reservation here because of the pictures and reviews. And the pictures posted are not at all how the rooms really are. The breakfast was cold, coffee was burnt. My child was born sick. Got sick just being here. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you have kids who were born sick. I can honestly say, that the only thing we liked and enjoyed twice was the pool. They definitely need to upgrade this hotel. Oh, and they were drilling and hammering at 8am near our room. Sorry but, this is not for me or my family .

Hello Ms, Lopez,As per our policy, Check in starts at 3:00PM. We have on records that you checked in at 8:46AM which is 5 hours before. We had stated multiple times our fees and our reasons which you accepted. As per the room, you were showed the room you had selected per the pictures you saw on our website. We had decided to move you to our remodeled and upgraded rooms which are not listed on our profile yet.

Looked like older property. Stairwell leading to room floor needs improvement. Noise level in hotel above acceptable. Lasting into morning hours. Room furniture need upgrade. Hinges are loose. Front desk staff is efficient but need to assist a lot with the facility. No hot water in the hotel.

Es un lugar incomodo si tienes algun impedimento. Las escaleras al segundo nivel (no hay rampa) son muy empinadas y pequeñas. Se solicito en el primer piso pero nunca prepararon la habiatacion asi que nos hubicaron en 2do piso. En las habitaciones se escuchan todos los ruidos exteriores, o sea, si deseas descansar y los huspedes vecinos se levantan temprano escucharas todo igualmente el ruido de las personas subiendo y bajando escaleras. Si es solo para pasar una noche esta bien. Pero si vas a buscar descansar no es el lugar adecuado.

The new sections has potential. The glass doors let in to much light into the room and it was hard to sleep. They use a a spring tension pole for the shower curtain that kept falling down. The shower head didn't have enough pressure. Breakfest was terrible it was scrambled eggs and one slice of thin ham. It was cold every morning pre cooked no heat lamp. Marcos served it. The pizza was nice to have. They should serve breakfeast pizzas. Some of the staff was great. Night staff one person don't let your air go down he will get to you after he's done with his chores. Hotel smells like fabulous to strong for people with sesitive sinus. No chairs in the room asked for some they gave me 2 platic chairs and a wicker sofa that looked like some cat clawed it.

Good Afternoon Mr. Rivera, we are sad to see you gave us a 3/5 after we upgraded your room to a suite since we had selected a few to try them out. All feedback is appreciated and appreciated. On another note, the room you were provided does have 2 black chairs in the kitchenette area but you informed us you didn't like chairs without backs and specifically asked us for two chairs from our event room. Next day you approached us and specifically asked for the wicker sofa that was in our storage that you, once again, specifically asked for and was never part of the room. We had informed you that we don't normally give the event chairs nor the sofa but we were making an exception for you. We are a bit confused on that remark since we were just trying to make your stay more comfortable as per requested. Either way, we appreciate your feedback and will look forward for your revisit to show our improvements. Thank you.
