Leider waren die frischen Handtücher häufig dreckig (Make-Up Flecken, Löcher oder kleine orange Punkte). "I have have stayed at Mitsis a few times and have always loved it. Ramira beach is nice and service is generally good (better in the bar than in the main restaurant) unfortunately the main restaurant is too small for the hotel and feels stressfull and the entertainment and the size of the area to watch it is not great and in my opinion is not in line with the Mitsis brand. Saying that for the price its a good entry level hotel Mitsis option but if you have been to others dont expect the same...

"Sehr netter Empfang und Personal. Ich habe sogar zu meinem Geburtstag eine Aufmerksamkeit auf dem Zimmer erhalten. Herzlichen Dank dafür. Eines muss ich bemängeln, für Gäste die nur Frühstück gebucht haben, wird keinerlei Service am Pool angeboten. Man muss sich wirklich alles selber holen. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel sehr Gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das die Wege für Ältere Personen sehr beschwerlich zu erklimmen sind, wussten wir zum Glück vorher. Ansonsten alles okay. "

"Sehr sauber, sehr leckeres Essen, wunderschöner Strand (an einigen Abschnitten steinig, aber es gibt auch Abschnitte wo es nur sandig ist, man sollte am Strand einwenig schauen wo es am besten ist reinzugehen). Einfach und schnell mit dem Taxi vom Flughafen zum Hotel (ca 25EUR). Sehr nett am CheckIn Schalter als auch auf dem gesamten Hotelgelände (Restaurant, Bar etc) und viele Deutschsprachige Mitarbeiter. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und einen wunderschönen urlaub gehabt."
