Lacked the warmth and comfort of a good B & B.
The location of the hotel is great, easy walk to the town and beach. The room was dark and un welcoming, with black bedding and an extremely hard mattress ! Unfortunately there are some maintenance issues , as water was dripping from the ceiling when there was heavy rain. The bathroom however was excellent, good light and storage. Great shower. Lovely breakfast.

Dear HarryWe are sorry that you didnt like the room and the bed cover in silver and black. If you told us we can easily have changed the bed cover for you to a different one. We are surprised that you founded the room dark with the 2 big windows. We are sorry for the dripping of water under the 15 min when the heavy rain came. If you have told us that you were uncomfortable with the mattress we could have helped you with an extra cover mattress.Best regardsHôtel Le Ponteil

The owner is so sweet and helpful both in terms of sharing knowledge of the area and taking care of me at the hotel. The breakfast was also incredible, if I’m ever back I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

A wonderful haven close to the beach with parking!
A little paradise in a busy part of the French Riviera. The owners are super friendly and willing to please. Very relaxed ambience. Parking super easy on the property. Lush, tranquille garden with lots of outdoor corners to sit and enjoy the surroundings. AND only 5 minute walk to a stunning viewpoint and beach. Only 10 minute walk to the charming old town of Antibes with all the restaurants and the buzz of life. We will keep this address and return again!

A private oasis near the beach
The hotel was an oasis in a bustling beach town. You don’t hear any street noise at all. The hosts are helpful and kind. The breakfast was divine—super fresh and healthy. However, rather than booking on a third party site with horrible change and cancellation policies, do yourself a favor and book directly through the hotel.

Grøn oase i Antibes.
Hotellet er en idyllisk oase ,dejlig bygning omgivet af skønne træer beliggende på en rolig vej uden trafik. Morgenmaden indtages i den smukke gårdhave. Stranden er 2 minutters gang væk. Hotelejerne er meget venlige og hjælpsomme i alle forhold,Vi kommer tilbage.

My husband and I spent a week at the Hotel Le Ponteil and highly enjoyed our stay. It is such a cozy place! Eva & Martin run the hotel with very high hospitality. The place is a green and lovingly designed oasis close to the ancient center of Antibes. We always returned in the evening happily to the property to have a little nightcap in the lounge. Eva also paints oysters, which are small and unique pieces of art. Three of her beautiful and intricately painted pieces have traveled home with us as stylish souvenirs for ourselves and a loved one. We highly recommend!!!

Rofylld oas i mitten av stan

Charming Hotel
Super cozy little hotel in Antibes. Not far away from the beach and the old town. The breakfast in the garden is a must. The owner Martin was super helpful with recommendations around town. We will absolutely visit this charming hotel again.

Vilken pärla!! Lugnt o skönt, nära till ”allt” men ändå avsides. 5 min promenad till stranden, 10 min till gamla stan med massa restauranger. 15-20 min till tåget för att åka till Nice eller Cannes. Och så underbar frukost, känns som att äta hemma i någons trädgård. Ingen nämnd ingen glömd av er som jobbade där, i va fantastiska. Ett riktigt guldkorn!!

Le Ponteil pourrait s'appeler le Paradis allez-y !
Mon séjour à l'Hotel Le Ponteil a été exactement ce que je recherchais. Je suis restée 4 nuits et j'ai trouvé là un lieu idéal pour le repos. Martin le propriétaire veille à ce que tout soit impeccable et va au devant des demandes. L'hôtel est parfaitement tenu, ma chambre était jolie et cosy, le petit déjeuner avec des produits frais et la touche personnelle de Martin avec le "smoothie bonne santé vraiment parfait. L'hôtel est idéalement situé près de la plage et de la ville mais bien à l'écart, au bout d'une impasse, ce qui en fait un havre de paix et de douceur. Bravo à Martin pour son courage et son engagement pour faire vivre cet endroit comme il en existe de moins en moins

Mycket trevligt, mysigt och fräscht hotell i en lummig oas i Antibes. Nära till strand, gamla stan, affärer och stort utbud av olika restauranger i närheten. Fräscht ställe både in och utvändigt.

The hidden gem of Antibes!
Le Ponteil is a true gem! The location is perfect in a quiet area close to both old town Antibes and the beach. The ambiance of the Hotel, created by the lovely owners is warm and welcoming. This is the perfect place to stay for a relaxing holiday! Le Ponteil is a must visit when You go to Antibes!

It’s was an excellent location, 5 minutes walk to the beach. Quiet and cozy hotel with wonderful service! We stayed at family room with 2 kids, very comfortable size of room. Highly recommended.

Un bel endroit. Caché au fond d’une impasse. De la verdure. Quelques bancs. Une petite maison comme si vous alliez chez des amis. Une chambre simple mais tout ce qu’il faut. Une petite terrasse. Et le petit déjeuner dehors pour couronner un bon moment de détente
