This property is not 5 star. No o staff members speak english! Property is very run down , cigarette stench is everywhere.. same 5 items for breakfast everyday.. false advertisement, nothing like the pictures… only nice thing is the onsite spa.

Located far from center, the rooms were not clean and full of dust. I rented a 3 bedroom suite that have only 1 air conditioning. I don’t recommend it for families at all

Temizlik yetersizliği
Odanın içerisinde yerlerde kıllar ve tozlar vardı. Mutfak kısmı çok kirliydi. Sabah otelden çıkarken konu ile ilgili resepsiyona bilgi verip, temizlik rica ettim. Akşam geldiğimde hiçbir temizliğin yapılmadığını ve akşam saatinde de personel yetersizliğinden dolayı yapılamayacağı bilgisini aldım. Ertesi gün kahvaltı ikramı ve otel çalışanlarının nazikçe hatayı belirtmelerine rağmen mağduriyet yaşadım. Sabah kahvaltısı yetersiz görüldü. Otelin konumu uzak. Kısacası memnun kalmadığım bir tecrübe oldu.

Internet connection was terrible. Spa was closed for whole week, they didn’t bother themselves to to notice customer at all They assigned a room close to reception, noise from reception plus noise of refrigerator interrupted my sleeps regularly. It was my first stay at this hotel. I will make sure it will be last too

Temizlik iyi odalar geniş mutfaklı falan ama dolaplar boş bir çay kaşığı bile yok. Odada Kağıt peçete ve ikram çaylar yoktu. Sauna da ücrete tabi. Park yeri sıkıntısı yok. Kahvaltıda paketlenmiş sabit tabaklar geliyor. Vegansanız falan bişey yiyemezsiniz hepsi beraber paketli. Biz bir gün kaldık bir gün için iyi ama ben bir günden fazla için tercih etmem.

Otel bilinen standard otellerden concept olarak farkliydi bir yatak oda ayriyetten bir oturma oda ve mutfagi vardi cok kullanisli ve mobilya yeniydi fakat temizlige puan verilecek olsa 0 verirdim cünkü tiksinerek kaldim, yatakta sac ve kil vardi, wc de tozlanmisti dusta sac vardi yani bir geceyi zor gecirdim malesef ve temizlik kötü olduktan sonra isterse dünyanin en güzel oteli olsun hic bir degeri yok
