"We had the worst hotel experience of our lives. First of all, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The odor was so overwhelming that it got into our clothes and even lingered on our bodies. The most unacceptable part was that I had reserved a room with two queen beds, but when we arrived, we were told that all the two-bed rooms were gone and were given a room with only one king bed instead. "Inn was quiet and staff did seem to want to help , however the White fitted bed sheet appeared stained with old sweat marks . Bed cover also dirty around some of the edges. Not all rooms had a microwave or fridge. Soap dispenser to wash hands did not work."

"Upon entering the hotel there was no staff at the front desk. You had call them. A lady came out with the a rude attitude. A customer was in front of me and said their room had no towels, sheets on the bed and they needed a do not disturb sign.
