"The property looked premium on Expedia while booking, but didn't feel premium when we actually stayed there. I was staying in the luxury cave. Nothing is luxury in the cave except the name. It's just another room with cave like interior. The bathroom was smelly despite keeping the exhaust fan on throughout the night. The washbasin tap won't turn as it was stuck against the mirror above the basin. The dustbin in the bathroom was broken. We had to ask the staff to replace it. They don't have duplicate room keys, so you have to hand over the keys to the room attendant for cleaning the room. The keychain is unnecessarily long, heavy metal which is uncomfortable when in your pocket. Food is strictly okay. Now the good stuff They assign a room attendant to you for any of your needs, so you just call him and he's at your service within no time. All the staff I interacted with was co-operative and polite. The property is huge, lots of trees around, and my 5yo kid enjoyed playing on swings and in the playground. The safari is included in the stay, so you just have to inform them. They will give you a wakeup call for the early morning safari."

"Amazing place, the hotel manager is excellent. Can’t do enough for you. Highlight of our trip to India last year. Got to see a tiger on safari, a memory that will stay with me, thank you to the team. Food is incredible as well and room’s are extremely comfortable "

"Although the hotel was good there were a few problems. It took too much time to get hot water in the bathroom. Too much water had to be wasted before you start getting hot water. This was not eco friendly at all. Service was excellent but waiters were always expecting more tips. Almost haggled. They put us in the corner building which had no open view at all. All we could see was other buildings. Also didnt really feel like we were staying in a luxury property. Another highlight was the food which was excellent. Being a vegetarian property it never felt like we were missing anything. "
