We are disappointed to read to didn't enjoy your stay. So glad you found our staff and efficient. You must have missed them advising you of our energy saving air con units. Should you not close your balcony door properly, the unit will turn off. So sorry this effected your sleep. Thank you for stay and feedback.

I'm sorry you were disturbed by the council workers. 5am is unacceptable. And I will follow up on that.
