I expressed this to the staff at breakfast and they went above and beyond to the point that they gave me an upgraded different room. "The hotel gave us the incorrect room. Finally, when we received another room with seperate beds, it was extremely dirty and cold. There was visible dirt on the doors and walls. Also it smelt like a dog had been sleeping in the room. The phone was sticky. The bed uncomfortable. The staff were not very helpful until we got angry with them for making us wait 30 mins to answer 1 question. Also, the ad on hotels.com is incorrect. It is not close to the Taj Mahal at all. It’s about 30-40 mins walk...
