Everyone who works at the hotel is friendly and authentic and without a doubt it is the Team at the Irida which made our stay that extra little bit specials. On site convenient store and laundry. Great pool, view and drinks - we used them all. The location has a gorgeous view, relaxing vibe and easy access to tourist sites on the island. "Very beautiful views atop a mountain overlooking the Mediterranean. The road up is a challenge, for sure. Probably unlike anything else you have driven, but very doable with a little patience. The size of the place it a little tight for a family of 4, but you can make it work. The pool and patio are lovely and the hosts are very kind. "

"Wish I could have rated my stay at the Diouskouri. Our reservation was made over two days in advance of our attempted check in. After many phone calls to the manager who was somewhere in Iraklion while we were in the hotel lobby, we were told to check in at the hotel down the road. The substitute hotel lacked hot water, a decent internet connection and one of the main ceiling lights didn't work. The substitute hotel was not a three star but we paid three star rates. Not a repeat."

"Sirena apartments are located close to the beach. We were in one of the new apartments with sea views. A perfect location for a beach holiday at the lovely Agia Pelagia.; the apartments are adequate for the preparation of basic meals and for sleeping. They are cleaned daily. However they are very small with tiny bathrooms. Originally told the internet was weak, we found there was no wifi access in the rooms. "Our hosts were outstanding! They had fruit, pastry, liquor and water in fridge for us. The pictures you see online are actually real. You have a million dollar view. Our patio was huge. LOVE IT! 2 senior woman and we felt extremely safe. Our apt was cute, clean, beds comfy and quiet. The apt was fully equipped if you chose to cook. Plenty of restaurants down the hill overlooking the sea. Grocery store nearby. Location was great for sightseeing around Crete. Highly recommend. "

"This place is somewhat in a league of its own. Incredibly stylish with beautiful rooms which come with their own sitting area and pool. The whole feeling of the report is of calm and relaxation. The food in the restaurants is excellent, the service is great and the gym facilities spotless and stylish. On top of this the staff are the nicest and most attentive (if you require) of anywhere we have been. I cannot recommend Acro enough and really hope to return soon. "
