I'm biaised as I was expecting beautiful beach. Was rather with lot of rocks and marine algae 😳 it should be noted that this is German club (GMBH) and made for Germen primarily 😏 Staff is very nice though

For the protection of the beaches a removal of the sea grass is forbidden. Family holiday recommended
Robinson does what it says it will do. Good hotel, friendly staff, good and well varied food and drink (free wine and beer). Kids activities, plenty of space. Gym well equipped, tennis courts in good shape. 2 problems. 1st, a lot of rooms are ground floor and everyone walking past can see in. Better to get room on second floor. There is nightly disco and rooms close by get the noise. Other smaller problem is sea full of rocks, you need to navigate through them 40 metres to get to sand and swimming. Staff will show you the best path to take. The tourists are mostly German/Swiss/Austrian, staff speak German and some English.

We loved our stay, best all inclusive in Tunisia Food was excellent / not like ordinary buffet. staff was like family High level of professionalism. Very safe. Everything weel maintained, very confortable. Many little things that always surpasses amd surprises. They make you feel precious, always ready to serve you. Evening shows top quality. Top choregraph. In evenings the staff mangles with guests

Die Essenszeiten für's Abendessen sind für Familien ungeeignet: 19:30h ist zu spät. Alle warten ungeduldig auf den Zugang zum Speisesaal, lange Schlangen vor den verschiedenen Theken obwohl der Club nur halbvoll war. Wenn der Club voll ist, dürfte sowohl der Restaurantbereich als auch die Anzahl der Liegen nicht ausreichend sein. Rezeptionsteam unterbesetzt bzw. noch ausbaufähig: Informationen teilweise widersprüchlich. Ansonsten Personal überaus freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend - vom Zimmerservice, über Bar, Restaurant etc. Wir waren selten in einem so sauberen RobinsonClub zu Gast gewesen.

bouffe parfait equipement parfait mais helas toutes les animations sont en allemand si bien que le soir on se fais ch.! mais vu que que le boss nous dis que90 % de sa clientele est allemande on a plu qu a la fermer

Restauration exceptionnelle digne d'un très bon restaurant. Bravo au chef Mohamed et sa brigade. Chambre propre et moderne. Très belle piscine. Animation moyenne et exclusivement en Allemand. Le café "Maure" et les espaces de jeux ne sont pas du tout attractifs. Beaucoup trop de tables de 8 personnes dans le restaurant.

Cet établissement est exceptionnel. Nous y avons passé une semaine magnifique en famille. Tout le personnel du club a été serviable, souriant et chaleureux tout au long de notre séjour. La chambre familiale était spacieuse, confortable et à proximité de la plage et de la piscine. Les prestations sont de très bonne qualité avec une belle et grande piscine, une plage splendide (attention tout de même aux quelques rochers), des terrains de tennis, football et beach volley et un service de spa. Enfin la restauration proposée était excellente, variée et de très grande qualité avec des thèmes différents chaque soir. Nous y retournerons sans aucune hésitation !

la propreté de l'établissement en général quelque soit l'endroit la nourriture digne d'un 5 étoiles en FRANCE (ex restaurateur ) beaucoup de choix de très haute qualité principalement le soir la gentillesse du personnel nous parlant en français alors que cet établissement est en trés large majorité clientèle allemande nous avons déjà prévu repartir dans cet hotel avant sa fermeture annuelle de plus c'est un VRAI TOUT COMPRIS

Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Alle Mitarbeiter sehr aufgestellt. Nur ein paar Animateure könnten ein bisschen freundlicher sein. Nico, Ayman(Barkeeper) und Simon waren absolut super und haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Hotel noch besser gemacht. Sauberkeit schreibt man im Robinson Club gross und die Zimmer sind relativ neu eingerichtet. Kommen gerne wieder nach Djerba.

Hôtel accueillant et de bon confort à la plage. Malheureusement a baignade est rendue rédhibitoire par les quantités importantes d’algues qui bloquent l’accès à la mer. Les équipements sportifs nautiques sont assez bien.
