The hotel is nice, and from its location, probably had some nice beaches and pools, however, i was there for one night booked at a very high rate 2 months in advance. Listed as a VIP hotel, but I was not picky when i was given a room with no view. Teying to sleep, the room is ontop of the entrance without proper sound proofing, so the vocies of everyone who went in and out throughout the night was in the room. You would think a 5 star hotel would consider this and have the roome better sound proofed. Issues happen, but even worse, upon checkout, requested to sepak to the front desk manager. Was told he is not available, left him my number and 9 days later, he did not call. The combination of both issues are indicative of poor experience in operating 5 star hotels. I urge expedia to remove them as VIP plus.
