Perfect economy accommodation
Beautifully warm (in very cold weather) with heating one could control. Convenient location, 10 mins walk from station and 15 from city centre. Breakfast excellent for choice and quality.

An affordable hotel
The best part was its close proximity to the railway station & the old town which was about 10 mins on foot. There are places to eat, cafes & shops nearby so quite convenient. The room was comfortable, clean but simple.

Stayed for 3 nights, hotel was located a short walk from the station and the town centre, clean and tidy with friendly staff. Bathroom was cozy but functional, overall for location and value for money it was very good

Very very small room bed and bath period!! if u are a big person u will never fit into the shower But if u need a clean room bed and shower it a good value

The Staff was great. There is very limited parking for a hotel with so many rooms. You had to get there early and park, then not move your car so you did not loose the space.

Hotel in need of renovation, place gradually falling to bits. Room had cigarette burn marks, cracked window, dents in the skirt board area, extremely small and generally poor for Ibis standards. The good things were proximity to station, breakfast and free luggage storage.

The location is great and the room was proportionally clean. The room lacked several basic stuff like slippers, garbage can...etc. the room is really small and also the bathroom (for the price paid 89 euro/night). We tried to call the receptions several times no one answers the phone so we had to go personally to the reception whenever we needed something. They didnt have tooth brush or paste for instance. It’s just not a typical Ibis experience

Tiny bathroom it's true!
Cramped room & miniscule bathroom & we're a petite couple so for anyone with size &/or height, staying here would definitely be a challenge! Friendly tho & clean. Rubbish thin pillows & only 1 each was poor, especially for the price. Air con a plus, lack of a kettle tho.

Great value hotel in Aachen.
Staff were really nice. Room was great. Price was excellent. The hotel has secure underground parking for just €9 per night.

Good tgat is near central station
Modest hotel for 2 stars. Breakfast was quite good. Room where very very small and bed sheets and pillow where not fresh. Bad thing is walls are very thin and you can hear everything on the other rooms or on the hall

Only one night.Exacfly what I wanted for an overnight stop near the station. Only short owing was that there was no means of making tea or coffee in the room and no glasses for water.

Ibis is synonymous with low cost, basic rooms near transportation. This one had really nice staff and better than average breakfast. Easy walk from train station and to Aachen old town.

Small and AC doesn't not work at all
The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from the train station. The staff was very friendly. The rooms are extremely small and not suitable for 2 people. There is barely enough room for a suitcase. The room was clean but be aware if you are traveling in the summer the air conditioning is a joke. Be prepared for some hot nights.

Perfectly fine hotel.
The hotel was fine for our purposes. Near the train station and offices that we needed to visit. I appreciated that the front desk directed us to a local business where we could rent bikes.

Location: 6-7 mins walk to the historic center and 1min walk from the train station (hauptbannhof) Staff: very friendly and helpful (check-in in less than 5 mins!) Room: very clean but small, the twin beds were 80cm wide or less but very comfortable, the pillows could be better Bathroom: clean but very small Other Positives: TV has a lot of channels, hairdryer, room price and Parking ( 7€ for the whole day) Other Negatives: No coffee machine or coffee in the room, just at the reception bar and dining room. The walls are too thin and you can hear everything in the corridor.
